My 80 year old mother had a biopsy and was scheduled to have it removed but the face specialist that’s comes every Wednesday. They had her a appt for a month after biopsy because they said the cancer is not bad and could wait. Well.. she was in the pain after 2 weeks and her appt grew back bigger. Long story short they moved her appt up sooner. We get there and it’s packed like people sitting back to back with each other and they were running behind almost 2 hours. Finally get back to the room and the doctor comes in and says he can’t do it because she will go blind and it’s spreading ect. Why even set us up for the appt if you couldn’t do it. Very frustrating and has my poor 80 year old mother in tears. He was very rude and horrible bed side manners. We left and followed up a surgeon and he was so disgusted on what they told my mom and how they handled her. Her cancer is not something that spreads nor did she even need it removed because this type falls off . So thankful for this Amazing surgeon that took care of my mom and thank God we went and now are in good hands. Oh I should add the room that we waited in at the dermatology had gauze laying around with blood on it and a tray with bloody scissors from the prior person Disgusted and discussing Never ever will we be back Horrible all around

Dr. Troiani is great. He makes me relax while he reads my future in my moles. Everybody wears masks over their nose and mouth so I feel safe.
