I was a walk in. All the employees were very cordial. Was taken care of in a short period of time. Staff and the doctor were very concerned about my needs!

Made an "appointment" for my daughter online. Waited almost two hours in the waiting room. Turns out the "appointment" option isn't a real appointment. It just puts you on the list of all the other people walking in. If I had known this, I would've gone to First Midwest clinic. Staff was friendly but they chose not to inform me of the wait time when I walked in with my infant. Overall very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

If I could leave a zero star review i would. went in with sinus infection symptoms. the doctor examined me, asked to do a covid and strep test that came back negative, said I had a viral infection as my ears and throat looked great and my lungs sounded perfect. Very next day(today) i wake up with severe ear pain. Go to the ER I have a severe ear infection in the outer and middle ear on the left side. I will never be going back and i will be filing a formal complaint.

I reserved an online timeslot for 1:15 PM. After waiting in the waiting room for over 40 minutes, not one person in the completely packed waiting room had been admitted to the back for treatment. My insurance card clearly states that an office visit is a $30 co-pay but it took her over 40 minutes of us waiting in the extremely packed waiting room for her to tell us our co-pays were going to be $50 per person as if I was visiting an emergency room! I might as well go to the emergency room! Very unprofessional, extremely slow, this has to be one of the worst clinics that you can go for urgent care.
