I've been going here for therapy now and I have to say the staff is great. Bob and Shelley are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to assist in any way they can. Highly recommend these great people

NTS came to our rescue multiple times amid COVID-19 and its many restrictions, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelly and Bob. It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication! I had heard great things about Bob's one-on-one rehab work. I was hoping we would get to the stage of engaging his work. I would not hesitate to recommend NTS, Bob and Shelly for whatever rehab or home medical equipment you need! They were an invaluable resource for someone trying to manage the murky world of home healthcare. Many many thanks!

Bob is a great physical therapist, really works one-on-one with you as a patient and really works with you in order to get better. Friendly and great staff, 10/10 would recommend!

I love NTS, Bob and Shelly! If you have any type of need for physical therapy, go to NTS to start your healing process immediately. They have a heart and only want to help you on your road to recovery. They are an amazing team working with you one on one. Besides making my recovery pain free they have these compression stockings that make my legs feel like they are wrapped in warmth and cuddled oh so gently and I wear them every day....love love love them. You will love NTS!

I had a great experience at NTS. Yes, it was hard work but ,I left feeling a lot better than when I came in and Bob and the staff made it fun. I had a kneed issue and they got me started on a great plan to get back to where I needed to be. If I ever need PT this is where I will come. Thanks guys!

I stopped in for a compression knee brace. I did not receive any treatment so my review is in the service I received. It was phenomenal! I am not a patient, I just needed something to stabilize my bad knee. The lady (I'm sorry to have forgotten her name) was beyond helpful suggesting help for my knee; after she listened to what injury and issues I have with it. She then put the doctor on the phone, who happened to call while I was there. He gave me advise as well. I hope he is in my insurance network because when I need this type of doctor, I'm going to see him !!

The insurance company randomly sent me here. This place is great. Real family vibe. Since my first day I've felt like a patient for years. On top of that. My physical therapy is going great. On track to a great recovery. If your from the area. Give Dr. Bob a shot. P.s. I absolutely never leave reviews.

This was the worst place I could have picked to get a pair of compression stockings for my DVT. I went in to get fitted and told the girl that my doctor recommended I get a medium compression stocking. After being measured she told me they didn't have my size in stock and it would have to be ordered. I even paid extra for two day delivery because I needed them quickly as I was leaving for vacation in a couple of days. I did receive the stockings in time but they were mild compression not the medium. When I called they gave me a bs story about needing a doctor prescription for the medium. Why didn't the girl that measured me mention that in the first place? You can order them online without a prescription for goodness sake! Totally terrible place I would not recommend it.

I honestly don't know what I would do without Bob. He saved me from a sudden back problem that had me unable to walk or function in one visit. He knows the body and how it works incredibly well and gave me exercises and ways to manage on a daily basis very well going forward. His bedside manor is also a plus, keeps me laughing all the way! I highly recommend this place and wish I had found him years ago! Kudos to the entire staff.
