List of Glazer Dermatology's Reviews
Dr. Kozeny always does a nice job removing my keratosis every couple years. Never any scars. I prefer his Arlington Heights office. The staff is very friendly and I am in and out within a half an hour.
TLDR: Great group. 16 years a patient. suggest them. Primarily I work with Dr. Fretzin, but I’ve seen both Doctors Scott Glazer, Alex Glazer, and Kozeny. All four of them are equally great to work with. I will say, I usually have my problems written down or circled on a body diagram before I enter the room, that way the appointments flow quickly. Anytime I’ve had a concern or felt like I had a good alternative idea, they have always listened and tried to help. The nurses and staff are equally as skilled & helpful. Appointments are not difficult to schedule. Sometimes I need a simple injection and we can get that done same or next day. If you ever have to deal with insurance and pricey medication, Autumn does a phenomenal job.
Dr Fretzin is does a great job for me. Informative and thorough.
Friendly and professional staff from the receptionists to the assistant to the PA.
I wish I had checked the reviews here before scheduling an appointment. I had developed a mysterious rash on my leg. I visited a GP, who prescribed a cream, but his prognosis was incorrect. I checked my insurance, and found Dr. Glazer had an office near my home. I called to make an appointment, and was told that no doctors were available. But, that I could see the Physician's Assistant. Arriving for the appointment was trouble free, as I had checked in online beforehand. The Physician's Assistant was not able to identify the rash by sight. She had two different nurses look at it, but they also only had opinions. She finally found Dr. Glazer, who was also unable to identify it. They performed a biopsy as a way to identify the cause. And, gave me a prescription for a different cream. I received the biopsy results about a week later, and was told that they were inconclusive and asked if I could come back. At my second visit, the cream had improved the rash, but it was still present and had continued to spread. They suggested another biopsy. I received the result after another week, and was told that it was an allergic reaction. And, given a prescription for yet another cream. I was generally disappointed with the inability of the staff to identify the cause of the rash, particularly after the first biopsy. And, I found the cost of care to be outrageous. Especially, when paying for everything twice (consultation, biopsy, prescription). I will look for a different dermatologist, should I need one in the future.
We are very happy with Dr. Fretzin. He has been my doctor for several years and I have always been very pleased with his care.
I absolutely love Dr. Scott Glazer. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is the best dermatologist- my husband, my kids, my brother and I all go to him
Exceptional team of dermatologists.
Very professional. Great staff and doctor.
Dr. Glazer is the best doctor. Period. I have been going to him for many years and he is a super person, too.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
