The reception at the Buffalo Grove office blamed Dr Messing for not wanting to see my child since it we were 3 minutes after scheduled appointment. I was floored because the reception just told me their policy was they would see them as long as they arrived 10 minutes late. Then they made us wait for all the other patients to be seen as if we walked in 1 hour off schedule. The worst customer service i have experienced. She receptionist talked about me to the office manager in front of me with such annoyance. Completely disappointed, we previously have waited even an hour for her to see my kids for no more than 10 minutes. . I have Received calls to reschedule and we have been flexible. It might be time to change offices.

Dr. Messing has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was born 4.5 years ago. We couldn't be happier with her. She is a great listener, friendly and humorous, and I trust her expertise.

Dr. Messing is simply the best doctor we could have asked for. She's caring, responsive and effective. My 2-yo son is a little weary of doctors and he really takes to her. I also like that she doesn't jump to medication immediately... she's level and takes time to think about the whole patient instead of a cookie-cutter solution. We are expecting our second baby any day now and are thrilled that she will be his pediatrician too. We couldn't have asked for a better doctor or practice.
