My first visit here with Dr. Springer. Staff was exceptionally nice. Dr Springer seamed so knowledgeable and interested in my concerns. The young male tech assisting her really understood the medical terminology she used. He was helpful to me and I thought respectful of me. However, I was somewhat uncomfortable when the Dr untied the gown and it slipped to my waist. Yes, I was wearing a bra, but I would have felt more comfortable if Dr. Springer's assistant was female. Please, nobody misconstrue my comments. The young man did absolutely nothing wrong. He was polite and seemed respectful of me. It's just my own insecurities.

Everyone was so nice and friendly at the office. We went for my 5 year old and she was scared, and they did everything to make her at ease and comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Mann and his staff to anyone and everyone for their skin care needs.
