Dr. Tanney has been an excellent doctor for many years. He listens, knows his patients well, and treats according to the issue. Also - for those afraid to go because of fatphobia and doctors - HE IS AMAZING. Dr. Tanney treats the issue, doesn't explain everything away by saying it has to do with your weight!

Has no regards for your symptoms and seemed very disinterested when talking on the phone. I have never met a doctor so uninterested in what I had to say.

Dr. Tanney is a trustworthy doctor who truly cares about his patients. He has been my doctor for many years and I have been recommending him to my coworkers. He is a fantastic human being who is serving people.

Dr Tanney is always very nice and listens! I never had a DO before but I can’t believe how he fixes my back! It’s like a miracle!! One visit!! I couldn’t stand straight when I arrived !

Dr. Tanney is a very nice man. Agreed with other reviewers that he seems to have more of a wait-and-see approach to treatment. Visits are typically quite short and uneventful.

Dr. Tanney is great. We went through a physical and discussed my history and any problems/concerns. He was very easy to talk to and listened to all my questions and gave me his opinions. Despite it being a routine physical he even made a note for me to get some meds that would help with my high blood pressure that was causing some serious ailments, and they have certainly helped thus far.He's a great physician and a very nice guy. He's very caring and will make you feel good about your visit. Immediate choice to make him my primary and I'm looking forward to seeing him for a follow up in a few weeks.

All people should be their own best advocate and be responsible for their health, but we all must rely on our doctors to help us manage our health and keep us informed to make the best decisions for our health. Dr. Tanney is not the best doctor to partner with. He does have a strong wait and see approach which is fine but he doesn't delve deeper into potential problems. He never seems rushed, but still seems to spend very little time with the patient. He appears to be cold and uncaring to the medical issues of his patient.

No wait time to see him. Dr. Tanney spends as much time as you need. He is gentle and caring. A great doctor.
