The office never returns phone calls. My mother was running out of her seizure medication. When we spoke to the receptionist, we were told that my mother was no longer a patient because she hadn’t been seen in the office since right before the pandemic started. She did have a telehealth visit during that time though. My mom is 73 and dependent on me to drive her. I work full time as a nurse. We also didn’t want to expose her unnecessarily to COVID. My mother felt awful that she was “fired” as a patient and she was crying over it. She deserved better than that, Dr Cutting. Real nice treatment of patients. Despicable.

Would be zero stars if possible. I don't know/ never met Dr Cutting, and I probably never will as her office does not return phone calls. At all. Awful customer service. And this is WITH a referral from Miriam Hospital. American healthcare has joined American manufacturing in the reasons to be ashamed to be American.

After Visiting Dr. cutting in her office after being diagnosed with what she thought was either a stroke or seizure And after having me try many medicines which were clearly not suitable I agreed to try on one more medication and after two days on the medication she told me to call her with the results Which I did. Her nurse told me that the doctor was discharging me as she felt she was a stroke doctor and I should be seeing doctors who treat seizures. She left the name of no doctor The seizure division and no willingness to hear about the results of the medication she had given me. I was ready to give up when she finally called and told me to stay on the same medication and that she would check with me every Wednesday. That was last Wednesday And she has not answered me today one week later. The most unethical doctor I have dealt with.Just left me hanging one week later and not even saying how I was progressing. I tried calling her number and there was just a voicemail to which I left a message reminding her that she was supposed to call me. It is 9 o’clock I still have heard nothing. I did ask her why her nurse said she didn’t want to treat me because she felt she was a stroke doctor and she didn’t give me an answer. Instead she said she would see me through until I felt better. Complete lie. Very disappointed and hurt.

She is absolutely amazing

I absolutely love Dr. Cutting, she has a wonderful manner with patients and family, she has always really listened to our concerns and goes above and beyond to get answers. Very kind woman, I highly recommend her!!
