I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Mysih Hammad and the entire staff. Mysih is an amazing provider who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She takes the time to sit with them, helping to understand what they are going through, and listens with genuine care. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and it's clear that she is deeply committed to my well-being. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I was at the hospital with difficulty breathing and a terrible cough, after hours of waiting they said my x-Ray was clear and let me go home. I got worse and felt terrible. I thank god I found Nahawand Kishta at this urgent care clinic. She saved my life! For weeks she helped me figure out what was going on and checked on me on her own time. We also got a clear X-ray but she order a ct that showed that I had pneumonia! She professionally and immediately made a plan and knew just what to do to set me in the direction to recovery. When I finally saw a specialist, I was told that she did everything they could or would do and to follow her treatment plan. I would not have made it that whole month and a half without her help day and night. She is AMAZING! I will never trust anyone like I do her with my and my family’s medical care. She’s such a great person, so caring and sweet and makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. She loves what she does and you can see it. Thank you so so much Nahawand Kishta FMP-BP. I could NOT have done it without you.

First time here. Walked in and was attended within 15 min or so. Staff is friendly and professional. Will recommend 👍🏼

I went after another urgent care facility told me to take Tylenol and benadryl to feel better, but less than 2 days later, I again was feeling awful. The urgent care staff is lovely-- they treated me with respect, spoke to me like I truly mattered and figured out what was wrong with me. This is truly a real caring place and I'm grateful they were so wonderful. I can't keep telling everyone how much they helped me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. thank you, premier family urgent care for helping me feel better and taking me seriously. y'all are truly special people.

They waiting is ridiculous.

The kids flew in from out of state and our eldest had an ear infection that was aggravated from the flight. My wife called Premier Family Urgent Care to check their hours and make sure they are open. No one ever updates their times so we called to make sure. Christmas is on Monday and we know places are going to be closed. As soon as we arrived they had a well lit parking lot and plenty of parking. We walk in and are immediately greeted by the receptionist. She was kind and asked us what brought us in. The receptionist was very professional and asked open ended questions to better prepare the doctor. After I filled out a few medical documents the medical assistant approached and introduced himself. He was very well kept and professional. He took my daughter's weight/height and blood pressure. He wrote it down and informed us the doctor will be in shortly. Dr. Husam Nasir walks in and introduces himself and takes a look and explains his findings. He explains it so well even I understand and I appreciate that. With everything that I have mentioned so far I haven't gotten to the good part. I give the doctor the pharmacy to send the prescription and I leave. The Walgreens we use closed early and my wife called to see if they could send the prescription somewhere else. The Dr. sends it to the new pharmacy without any issues or anything. Most places complain or have some type of attitude because they were inconvenienced. Not this place, they are the example every urgent care/professional business should follow. We cannot be thankful enough from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the Doctor for all being courteous and professional. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

The facility is very clean and I felt comfortable normally when You go to a medical facility. It actually is very dirty and nerve-wracking but this place was very clean which made me comfortable. The staff was also very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. The doctor was also wonderful

Wonderful and kind nurses. Doctor has great bedside manner as well.

Dr. Steve A. Elmosa was very attentive. He addressed all my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. I did a walk in at 9:15am and they weren’t busy. They answer the phones promptly
