List of Metro Infectious Disease Consultants Illinois Office-Burr Ridge Office's Reviews
My husband and I tested positive for covid and both pretty sick. My doctor recommended antibody infusion and the Burr Ridge location. This facility and staff is incredible. The infusion treatment miraculous.Early treatment is KEY
Meticulously clean. Very caring and dedicated staff
Went there (Metro ID Consultants) to get a Covid vaccine booster (Pfizer) today. This required an appointment on line. The mass vaccination effort was organized, efficient and "painless." It was very well run. I was impressed ... reflects very well on their group.
The best team of doctors I have ever had. Incredible care and kind bedside manner, these doctors go above and beyond and I couldn’t have been in better hands. The doctors at MIDC saved my life, I am thankful to them every single day. Highly recommend them.
The wait was a little longer than expected, but my Doctor was very thorough and diligent- more than made up for that! The lab technician had a steady hand and was engaging. I was at ease with a feeling that I'm not just another patient file, but a patient that received personalized care.
No bed side manner what so ever. Run don’t walk away. They should close their doors not open new offices.
The medical Staff has been wonderful they really seem to care. As for Scheduling dept they are a complete failure. I’ve finely given up in trying to make an appointment with them. Thank God I’m not in a life or death situation, if so i would be dead
Alright. I am not happy what-so-ever. Lets just start that he was over an hour behind on his appointments today. He went ahead and blew it off like it was nothing. If you like a doctor that will go ahead and ask you what would would like when dealing with the worst days of your life--this is sure not the doctor for you. His bedside manner is terrible, and if they ask you to draw blood in the office. SAY NO. INSTANTLY SAY NO. Three of us went ahead and they stuck us for blood, not 1 time, not two times, but each of us like 7-8 times. The phlebotomist was absolutely horrid. Then, the best part- awaiting your blood test results (they tell you about a week for one result, and it was truly 2 weeks, and then the other test you had to hound them for to get results). Unfortunately, this doctor is not good. Avoid at all costs.
I completely echo the negative review below. They tried to extort money out of me after fraudulently billing me, and filing an appeal with my insurance company behind my back. They passed a $610 bill onto me 7 months following date of service, once the appeal date ended with my insurance company. Refuse to call my insurance company back, or do a three-way call with me and insurance company to reach resolution. They over-sent supplies and over-billed, and have been unresponsive. Fraudulent billing practices, rude staff, and shady business.
Nurses and Docs are fantastic careing people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
