Dr Bert was very pleasant compationate,the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend Dr Bert. I had breast reduction and this changed my life so very happy

My breast augmentation and circumferential tummy tuck experience has been horrible. I selected this surgery to remove excess skin from weight loss and childbirth. The consultations with Dr Burt have always been rushed, with little detail on the procedures and possible complications. After a few months both breasts are mishappen, and very painful. In a follow up consultation Dr Burt squeezed them so hard I nearly screamed, as if she was trying to break the capsular contractions. Left in pain and left breast is still growing, ripping, and more painful every hour with every movement. Insurance follow up was done by us as the nurse said she would call in 2 weeks! No bedside manner or time for the patients at all. Very rushed and snotty attitude. AVOID!!! Zero stars!!

Not a great experience with the staff. Drs we’re nice but the staff is not great. They want you to do all tbrrr work with insurance and never follow up. You have to call them and then they say insurance doesn’t cover things to get more money from you. And the girl that supposed to handle insurance stuff wants everyone else to do her job. Horrible experience with them. Would not recommend them at all

Absolutely awful. Horrible communication. Zero trust. I waited over an hour for a take it or leave it lecture from her. Highly NOT recommended.

After reading the reviews or Dr. Burt and having an appointment with her I have to agree with the low rating reviews. Money hungry, narcissistic, and seems like your bothering her if you have any follow up questions. Not impressed.A legend in her own mind!

Dr. Burt is a wonderful surgeon I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for self improvement. She is caring and compassionate and listens to patients needs. I couldn’t be more pleased with her and her staff.

RUN FAR AWAY!!! I am disgusted and permanently damaged/deformed. She will charm you to reel your money in and then turn into a narcissistic horror after she has your money. She doesn't care about what happened AFTER she gets your money. Believe me when I say this, multiple plastic surgeons knew who my surgeon was when I told them what happened to me. That should say everything you need to know!! She only wants your $$$$$

RUN AWAY!!! She only wants your $$$. She is narcissistic and thinks she is the world's best plastic surgeon. Im sure in her brain she thinks she will have her own reality show. BEWARE!!

Stay away! I was ripped off. I paid the deposit fee for surgery and told the nurse at the time that I wasn’t sure if I wanted a lift or implants or both. She said I could discuss it with the Dr Burt. Well at my pre-op appt to discuss it, Dr Burt insisted I needed a lift and told me to find another Dr to do just implants. She refused to do the surgery and kept my 500$ I didn’t cancel my appt I just didn’t want a lift. That’s a shady thing to do! They could’ve refunded me since the dr was the one trying to force the lift and refused to do just the implants. Long story short, I went to another place and had just the implants and I’m super happy with them! It’s a cosmetic surgery, they should perform what we are paying them to do. We shouldn’t be forced to do only what dr wants when it’s our body! After seeing her rbefore and after of her breast lift work, I dodged a bullet there! Her work looks awful that she’s posted on her website. On top of that they lied on the dispute paperwork!
