Dr McKenna is an amazing doctor and takes the time that is needed with his patients. He treated my moms skin cancer and she couldn't have had a better outcome. I would highly recommend him to others.

Didn't wash hands before, during or after exam. He handled my feet, my warts, etc.. Hope his patient after me didn't catch my wart virus. Yet to be seen if I picked up any of his previous patients ailments thanks to his disgusting lack of hygiene. He lacks any communication skills and appears to be overworked and tired. Performed liquid nitrogen wart removal without explanation or warning. He grabbed my finger and started spraying. 48 hrs. later my finger is twice it's normal size and a blister that is just scary looking. Can't use my hand and now understand it could be this way for 14 days or more. Had he told me anything at all about the extreme pain and hand becoming useless I would have pulled my hand away and ran out of the room. Stay away from this procedure, very painful! I wish someone had taken the time to warn me about this guy. Wish me and my finger luck. God Bless.

Their office is out of date and leaves a bit to be desired but I got an emergency appointment same day, which was a relief. He seemed to know what he was doing and didn't really chit chat but got to assessing and culturing my rash right away. I do feel like I got good care, but some of the additional advice/products/tips wouldn't have been brought up if I hadn't had questions, I wish he'd been a bit more thorough without me having to ask details.

He is an academically well prepared Mohs Surgeon. He is likeable and his surgery was performed well. I am uncertain about the accuracy or honesty of his staff members answers to some of my questions. And he had contact with other physicians and/or people about me without discussing it with me.

While the wait time was longer than I would have liked, in the end it was worth it. Dr. McKenna is an excellent dermatologist with a wonderful personality. He took the time to explain my condition very thoroughly. I would highly recommend.
