Won’t recommend to get his service. He messed up my health records in such a way that 3 different companies refused to provide me life insurance. He even refused to talk with underwriter to explain why he put certain general medical terms in my health records. Find some other Doctor instead of him.

Very upset that dr. Smith is never in his office, the on call dr's. Say they don't know anything about my mom who has something awful happening to her that can be deadly, but yet appointments get canceled. He has a whole week off then doesn't come in the first day hes supposed to be there my mom is in a nursing home in bad shape and seems like the dr. Doesn't care.

We had doctored with Dr. Smith until he left the clinic and went to Graham Hospital. I was so sorry to have him leave the clinic but he started taking patients again at the hospital and we were able to get back in with him. I was so relieved and felt more confident about seeing a doctor. I trust him immensely!

I was sick for 6 weeks, could only eat jello and drank ice water. Had n/ all the time so couldn't eat or sleep and kept getting weaker.Dr. Smith said you have the flu!I am a nurse and you don't have flu for 6 weeks. He said go home and EAT, DRINK AND EXERCISE! Said I can't, and please help me.He would not!!!
