I’ve been calling since the 12th of March to start my parenting classes. Already payed for them and everything and no one will give me a call back!

I was randomly reassigned from a Dr to an assistant without explanation. I could not request my own Dr. back. Its their policy.Of all the drs I have had, only one has been good and I was transferred out of his care. I was reassigned to a PA without explanation plus I was transfered from Carbondale to Carterville. It is their policy that I cannot request to go back to a doctor or request transfer.The counselors are nice but monthly or more sessions are required in order to see a dr. to get meds even if you are doing great.It is also their policy that they don't fill out or sign disability papers. I have had my employment papers signed for at least 5 years at Centerstone and with 2 months before my deadline that my papers are due, I find out that I cannot get approved for disability. That means my income and salary are suspended. That is a big problem.I did email an administrator years ago because I was getting my medication a couple weeks after I ran out but I got no response.Now, I cannot get anyone to give the name or email of any administrator or anyone in charge so I can express my concerns.If you have your own insurance, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I originally posted a 1 star review due to lack of communication from both Billing and Appointment lines for multiple weeks. Now I wish I could give 0 stars after what has happened with the therapist that I have been seeing there. I’ve been seeing Anita Lloyd since May 2020. There have been 3 occasions where she clearly had no idea who I was (after speaking with me one week prior). For someone with major depressive disorder this is not a good start, but I decided to continue on since I am required to see a therapist in order to have medication management. The last time I met with her, she suggested I do exposure therapy to help deal with my PTSD. I told her that the last time I did this form of therapy, I had a traumatic experience because it was not implemented appropriately by a different provider. I have had multiple panic attacks throughout the week trying to work up to completing this exposure therapy before our appointment today.... AND SHE NEVER SHOWS. She never called in for our appointment at 9am and then I get a prerecorded call at 10:00am that the appointment is cancelled. This is NOT ok and extremely traumatic!! Completely unacceptable and I hope that no one has to go through what I’m currently going through!

Worst place possible for mentally ill. Staff are rude and never actually help their clients. Its all just a mess of laziness and selfish people. Go anywhere else but here because trust me, this place will make the problems you already have worse.

lack of communication between locations and doctors caused me to waste a whole month here and when i told them how badly theyve messed up my life the last month and wasted extremely valuable time, all they could say was "good luck". when i was in the emergency unit it took 3 whole days till someone explained to me how long i would be there and what i would be doing. the psychiatrist was good but apparently once i left i wasnt allowed to see him anymore despite having a note saying exactly what he thinks i should be taking. would not at all recommend. ill be seeking help in my hometown that is 3 hours away over wasting any more time with this business.

I had a family member in there and got a call one night that some lady who works there cut their mattress up and refused to give them a new one. I would like an explanation as to why
