Amy S did nothing at all. She didn't even check my breathing or heart. She gave no continued medicine. She started an hour late and was mean. She didn't help with 1 thing or check me. How do they have a job. The tests she put through never got there either.

My doctor is great. The customer service is horrible. Rude and hangs up on patients. They refuse to help in any other way. They will hang up if you try to explain your situation. Called 4x, got hung up on 4x. Someone needs to re evaluate who they have working because this is not ok when someone is trying to get help for their health. Absolutely the worst service and care.

I've gone to VNA for years. I can always get an appointment the same week, if not the next day. Once there, the waiting time to see a nurse and nurse practitioner are minimal. I leave knowing that my questions have been answered and my needs have been met.
