Such wonderful friendly staff from start to finish! When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was friendly. She looked at my insurance immediately told me anything I need to know and I was set. The day of the appointment the receptionist was on the ball. Had everything waiting for me when I arrived. I had a seat for about one minute before I got called back to the doctor. The nurse did her usual questions and a little exams. I waited for the doctor to come in for no more than two minutes which was amazing. Dr. Najam is very easy to talk to. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. When she was done the nurse came back to draw blood which can be done right on site. Just wonderful service all the way around!

I've been going to Dr. Najam since the end of 2019 mainly for my nursing school physicals and vaccinations. Since I've been going there, I've had no problems with the medical staff or Dr. Najam. Angie, the MA is very nice and understanding. But two weeks ago, I went in for a school physical and the front desk Diane told me my insurance got rejected so I couldn't get my physical done. This is the first time I've heard this so I was confused. She called my insurance and they told her my insurance has been expired since the end of 2019. So basically during each of my visits for physicals, labs, and vaccinations, this doctor's office has been charging me full prices without double checking my insurance to see if it was up to date or if it's covered. Diane handed me a $750 bill stating that I've been charged ever since my first appointment. Diane specifically stated "that's a huge bill, I'm not sure if you would want to keep your physical appointment for today". I don't know about you, but as a student going into the nursing profession, that statement was nothing but just rude and arrogant. I'm not the kind of person that likes confrontation, so I left. Just this morning Jan 29, 2021 I decided to give them a call and left them message to call me back. I never got a phone call back. Very terrible experience, not coming back here ever. Now I have this bill I need to take care of. I recommend you to find a new clinic that will actually show empathy towards their patients, especially during a time like this.

First time to meet this Doctor so very pleased with her bed side manner and professionalism she was very thorough all and made me feel at ease. The staff is outstanding and the waiting room and all through the office its very clean and organized. After loosing my old Doctor for over 2 decades to retirement I feel very fortunate to have found this Provider.

Dr. Najam does NOT care about her patients at all!Everything is huge bother for her and she makes that quite clear by her off putting personality.Do NOT choose Dr. Najam for your doctor you will not receive good care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Naijam for a few years and I will be leaving and finding a new Dr.I have been unhappy with my service for awhile but it's awful now and unacceptable.Her office staff with the exception of Angie is condescending and rude.The answer is always NO.. Long story short Dr is on vacation I'm sick with covid and Diane wouldn't be bothered to text me or email me Huntley office phone number..not willing to ask them to call me back..said to get up and get pen and write the phone down.Money and billing seems to be a priority over patient comfort and care.I Do NOT recommend this doctor or office staff

I’m so glad I found her practice. Dr.Najam was very personable. She listened to all my concerns. I didn’t feel rush at all. She explained everything in detail. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I recently moved to the area and needed a primary care physician. I went in to have her look at a "thing" on my nose. She told me it was a cyst and that it couldn't be drained but it had to be surgically removed. She told me my nasal passages were very small and said she was surprised I could breath. (I had no issues with breathing). She gave me a referral for a surgeon. I wanted to get more opinions so I not only went to my dermatologist but a nose specialist. Both those opinions were that it wasn't a cyst, but cartilage! Apparently cartilage can shift a bit over time. I was relieved that it ended up being nothing and grateful that I got a few more opinions. After this experience I have absolutely no confidence in her as a doctor. I guess I need to find another primary care doctor.

The staff was very nice despite me showing up a little late to do the paper work. I needed a new family doctor because of insurance changing and had a good experience here. All of the in network services are together in the building which is nice.

Dr.Najam is a very caring and understand MD. She takes her time with you and listens and always gives the best advise and options. She also explains in detail test results ,upcoming test etc.
