In the course of a 1 hour visit I experienced 6 occurrences of failed expectations. 1) they had my address and personal info assigned to another patient 2) doctor was interrupted 3 times. Twice by the nurse and once by a phone call from home during our consult. 3). Offices were old and not kept well 4) dr made an offensive statement based on personal info given in my medical history - RUDE 5) dr revealed too much of my skin in the presence of a high school male student who was shadowing - uncomfortable. 6) poor bedside manners. I have ni interest in going back!
