Subhash Gumber's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gumber is a phenomenal physician and human being however his office staff totally misses the mark.....called twice left messages as instructed...ABSOLUTLY NO RESPONSE Moving on.

I found Dr. Gumber to be unhelpful and frankly rude. Ive never been so embarrassed at a doctors visit or made to feel so uncomfortable. I would not recommend him.

Very disappointed. After. many years of going here I had to learn the hard way patient health is not a priority. When you are sick and calling for help you may need to call 34 times. I am done with this guy. I feel sure there are better more compassionate GI physicians within this practice.

Dr Gumber is fine we had a discussion about my longstanding IBS how I had it under control with my existing drugs and he would issue a prescription for the drug I needed. However from that point on the practice was useless. First I got a call telling me that they couldnt issue me the prescription I needed and that I needed to switch drugs. I explained this was not possible as Ive been on the drug same dose for 25 years and it has addictive properties. I was told my message would be passed on. I then heard nothing for 12 days until I called back. Then I was told their IT systems had overruled the doctor and my prescription would not be issued there was no flexibility around that even given my specific circumstances. I was also told that no doctor in NC could prescribe my drug longterm that is a flatout lie as I have been prescribed it by another doctor. Long and short dont go to this practice theyre more interested in their processes than their patients.

I like Dr Gumber but I found his staff to be very unhelpful. They dont answer the phones they have ridiculously long voicemail announcements and they dont return calls. The didnt update my insurance information and billed the wrong insurance company. I finally got the billing department of the medical group to correct it.

Dr. Gumber is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and knows whats going on even before the tests confirm it. His staff is always helpful when you need them. I have been going to him for several years and will continue to be under his care.

I was so nervous going to them Dr. Gumber was amazing. Cant express with words how fantastic he and his practice is. I highly recommend you going to him.

I was super impressed with Dr Gumber and his staff on my first office visit. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was nervous and their friendly demeanor put me right at ease. I had a procedure done about 3 weeks after my office visit and was again impressed. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Gumber.

I highly recommend Dr. Gumber. Him and his staff are very courteous professional and helpful. I was a nervous wreck for my first appointment and was put right at ease by him and his staff. I had a procedure done 3 weeks later and was impressed once again I had questions prior to my procedure and always got a prompt reply. I couldnt ask for a better experience.
