I have been a patient of his for over 20yrs, and I must say that I am quite satisfied with his level of service. The main thing I like is that he actually LISTENS to you, even when you are not sure of what you are talking about. He's caring and concerned when need be, and sometimes he's funny. Very Good doctor in my book.

Dr. Ross is a very concerning and caring doctor, if he don't know what wrong with you at that appt. He will keep trying until he find out. I love my doctor

well the poor rating is how unprofessional his staff is and the poor responses you get when you call the office after having a medical problem.not only that appointment are never checked until you get to the office and then you find out the doctor is out of town on bussiness
