I believe Dr Parks is good. I feel as though she cuts my parents short on their explaining of things. They cant explain at times what they are thinking. Especially my Dad. They are 76 and 81. They are happy with her. As far as receptionist I think they are very rude over the phone. I understand they Might be busy. They could be more understanding to Dr Parks Patients! The desk and communication is where it all starts. Sandra, Sandy have patience to check in patients!

I have had several visits with Dr. Carla and each one I left her office feeling postive. She is a very kind & attentive Dr. I feel like I'm finally in good hands.

The reception are rude and like to play games. 1 receptionist had blue false nails that look like they where a month old and some were missing. Was receptionist or nurse that like to play games. So after Dr Osaji refuse to view my file it took another nurse to tell me that after I showed up for an scheduled appointment. I would not recommend this place if you find another family physician I would as well as they billing sucks

if I can rate this client for 0 I would. the service I got when I called was horrible the lady had a nasty attitude and then in the middle of scheduling the appointments she hung up on me.then when I attended my appointment I received conflicting information I was told I can do a walkin for my son to get his immunization dr onachukwu refused to review my son shot records until 3 days later
