I am very pleased by the service provided by Dr. Schuchart (and often, her staff as well). A 20+ year client referred me to Dr. Schuchart, and I am grateful for it! This doctor may not have the fullest answer to your question immediately, but her commitment to getting the most accurate information and best care is the reason why. This doctor listens very carefully, and is highly logical in her evaluations of medical issues; I recommend her especially for people who work in social work, higher education, and therapeutic fields.

It takes a minimum of 10 minutes to talk to anyone when you call the clinic. I was even on hold for 20 minutes. Once you get the chance to speak someone they are very friendly but I have had more time where they took 1 week to return a fax and even after i spoke to the NP she still took 2 days to fax labs.> It always seems to a completely disorganizedencounter. I love Dr. Schuhart but the organization of Christie clinic is TERRIBLE !

I've had Dr. Schuchart as my doctor for years. She is very knowledgeable and explains situations very well.

I have been going to Dr. Schuchart for about 12 years now. She is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. She keeps up on the latest research and gets to know her patients. Sometimes she may come off as not-confident, but she knows her specialty EXTREMELY well, and when she's unsure, she doesn't hesitate to have a person see a specialist.

Probably one of the worst doctors I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. She does a great job of misunderstanding and giving incorrect diagnosis, and expects a million follow up appointments to every minor thing. Schuchart is not interested in caring for her patients, She just wants to collect insurance as often as possible. You'll go her with the common cold and she will recommend you see a specialist and expect at least 3 follow up appointments to be "certain" that all you have is a cold.

After contracting a stomach virus, I began to suspect that I was dehydrated and needed to see a doctor. My PCP was not available, so I was given time with Dr. Schuchart instead. I am so grateful to God for her. Dr. Schuchart is knowledgeable, an impeccable listener, and also very kind and compassionate. She ordered a series of tests and discovered that I had C Diff, which is extremely rare for the situation. As a lupus patient, I COMPLETELY trust her, and she is now my primary care doctor.

She is without a doubt a true professional. We, the wife and myself feel fortunate to have her a our primary care physician.

This Dr. Is a Quack. She is quick to prescribe any pill and over medicates you and allows you to end up in hospital every other week. My mohter has a pill addiction and her best friend is Dr. Schuchart. my mother has been dependant on pills several years (about 30) and we have express concern to the dr. and given proof of the over doses s and it is documented by the paramedics that has been to my mothers about 2times a week, however Dr. Schuchart continues to just prescribe unneeded pain killers for heart problems that have formed because the over dosing of muscle relaxers and pain killers.

I have not had a good experience with Dr. Schuchart as my primary physician. She forgets things in your medical history, even specific procedures, and dismisses symptoms that could be serious, no matter how informed or concerned you are. She is quick to order labs but even if you are doing fine and don't need lab work done, she wants to send you to get blood drawn. I do not want to have a doctor whose sole aim is to milk as much money out of patients as possible by having them get lab work done unnecessarily or scheduling umpteen follow-up appointments. Furthermore, she is always running extremely behind. I have had to wait almost an hour in the office before being seen. She has also prescribed medications that cancel one another out (one can not be absorbed due to the other). Again, instead of addressing the core of a problem, she wants to put a bandaid on the symptoms. I would not recommend her.

Schuchart lacks the confidence you would expect from an experienced doctor. She is mousy and nervous in her demeanor most likely because she doesn't seem to know what she is doing.I would prefer a doctor who knows how to diagnose and treat medical problems and Schuchart doesn't know how to diagnose and treat the most basic of medical problems even with the help of her laptop. Schuchart comes in with her laptop so that she can look things up such as medications and possible causes for your symptoms. It's as though she knows as much as anyone who didn't go to medical school who tries to self diagnose by searching webMD. I had a minor skin rash that I sometimes get when the seasons change.I even told her what my last doctor prescribed so it doesn't get much easier than that and she wanted to complicate things by sending me to a dermatologist. Maybe her medical knowledge maxes out at the sniffles and anything more complicated than that requires a specialist. I've asked for a new doctor!
