Clean environment and always on time for services!

Front desk is VERY unprofessional and rude.

The consulting service is just a joke. Very rude and aggressive when they see new/ young people. Without documented details either price list, I don't really know what they would apply on me.

I had high expectations and was extremely disappointed. I had been getting Botox for two years , but my girl quit working , I was told Hada was great. I made my appointment and I told her my budget and that I wanted the same thing I had been getting prior to coming there . She totally disregarded my request and did what she wanted . Two weeks later , I returned to tell them I wasn’t satisfied because the only thing I asked for, was the part that had not changed at all. She made me feel stupid and that the product probably just didn’t work on me. I know it works, I’ve done it for a long time ., she proceeded to speak to me like I was a child and just didn’t know what I was talking about .. then to fix her mistake, I still had to pay.. very bad customer service . I work in the beauty Industry and this was bad .. same thing happened to a coworker.. not cool

I see most of these reviews are old so...... Love, Love! My facial and abstraction with Aliza today was nothing short of amazing!Although I was in a stressful place because of my (face)breakout, Aliza comforted me. With her skin care knowledge and expertise I left the office feeling more confident and with a better understanding of why my skin was being so fussy! I could really go on and on! But I'll save it for my next appointment which I happily scheduled for two weeks! Also super thanks to Dr. Trupin who popped in to assess and gave her medical advice! No pressure just much needed support! I'm grateful to add them to my skin care team, because honey I needed it!!

Stacy at Hada was great to work with. I had the Cool Sculpting treatment on my chin. From the ladies at the front desk booking my appointment to my procedure with Stacy, everyone was very professional and kind. Stacy made sure I was comfortable during the treatment and checked in after. The Covid procedures are very safe and up to date. I would recommend Hada and the Cool Sculpting treatment to anyone! I am very happy with my results!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a consultation that was specifically set up for over my lunch hour and I had to wait 20 minutes to even be seen. Once in a room I was treated with a bad attitude. I could also hear the staff gossiping outside the door about me when she stepped out momentarily, incredibly unprofessional! I've gone here a few times for tattoo removal before this consult and have been met with the same bad attitude from a different staff member, not to mention after 5 treatments my tattoo looks exactly the same. I feel like they treat everyone as if they have thousands of dollars to spend and if you can't they in a sense make fun of you or talk down on you. I feel my tattoo treatment is being faked almost as well as I've seen no difference whatsoever. I think they are just in it for all the money and don't care about the clients at all except to overcharge them.

i have called 8 times and left messages, and i emailed 3 times. i filled out the online application but no one returned my calls, emails and anything. can someone please let me know why. thank you.
