I have had very good experience at this facility with all staff.

Only added one star because I'm having no luck with staff. My issue is more with an apartment building owned by them. They don't care if the clients they put there are ready to be in the community or not. We've been having an issue with a particular client for almost 4 months and the staff person that supposed to oversee the building does not care and has not addressed the issues at all. So in turn that gives the facility a horrible name in the neighborhood

Should be charged with discrimination of the handicapped. Main person Ellie told thought it would be cute to tell the hospital they wasn't going to take me back in tried to give my bed away after I'd already been there.. second time just said they were not medically equipped for my needs because of my handicap.. please they just put in a ramp and they have a shower bench!! How much more equipped did you need to be for "my needs" .. she just didn't wanna deal with any of it.. didn't want to deal with the fact that I was slow but yet did everything I was asked to do while I was there including chores..shame on you ..that's ok ... karma will find you ... God bless
