Rosecrance in champaign saved my life. I'm grateful for the staff and the support.

You protect pedifiles an people who have domestic battery charges against them. All you had too was let the cops serve him my order of protection. I asked nicely an have proof he is there.

Absolutely the nicest employees! Treated very well &' very humaine. Idk what the review about them having horrible food was about because it was way way way better than I expected!!

Not sure where to start. Went in on my own 4-4-2022 got covid from staff member along with most of the other clients there. Was sent home 4-22-2022 because of covid. Was told I could return after I got a quarantine letter from Champaign Co health department. I still had 12 days of rehab left that I wanted to complete. They tried to bill my insurance company for the whole program that I didn't even complete yet. Took them 30 days to take me back in. Went back 5-22-2022 was there almost 24 hours and was pulled into finance office and was told I needed to pay an additional $ 85.00 a day for the next 12 days. Here's what I did in less then 24 hrs I was there. Ate 3 meals food was good. Watched 3 movies breakfast club 16 candles and one more comedy movie. Slept for a good 8 hours had a 45 min food class on portions of food we should eat that was the third time I had seen it. Had 2 in house meetings. Played a group game of jeopardy and finally colored on a piece of paper for 45 min. My first visit it took a week and a half to see a counselor. The men and women were on separate floors and weren't aloud to talk or even look at each other. The staff is so little when I returned they had men and women living on the same floor. Staff is so little they really had no educational classes to give. Seemed to just have enough staff to sit behind a desk and babysit. I left 5-23-2022 less than 24 hours. They asked why. My response was im not paying more because you promised I could come back and finish the program. And even if I didn't have to pay more I'm not here to watch movies and play games all day. There response to everything is sorry we're understaffed. To find out my insurance approved me to be there and that Rosecrance didn't know how to bill them. I really hope my insurance doesn't ever pay them. I think insurance companies need to go see what they are paying for. I would never recommend Rosecrance in Champaign Illinois to anyone including any insurance company to pay for it. And yes it's like jail. Thanks to all who tried their hardest to help me there. Pray for me to stay sober I did learn to go to AA and get a sponsor which I did. The one star 🌟 is for the food. Thanks all.

Wouldn't recommend ANYONE go here. Can only talk to your assigned counselor once or twice a week(horribly understaffed) Groups are horribly managed and sometimes have little to do with mental health/addiction. On paper they say they treat mental health but in reality they don't and you will not get help here. Also 75% of the people there are court ordered felons that don't want to be there, not the kind of people someone that wants serious help should be around(everyone deserves a chance but more often than not its the court ordered people that don't care/cause problems).ROSECRANCE CHAMPAIGN WILL FAIL YOU!!! EDIT: after seeing a response from the owner I just want to clarify champaign is the only location I've had serious issues with. I strongly recommend you choose the rockford Location instead. Staff at rosecrance rockford seem MUCH MUCH more qualified to treat addiction/mental health. Rosecrance rockford also has a dual diagnosis unit, Champaign does not.

No real timeline. Bad response time if someone is even working. But also no real concernable thought to a timely process..... it's been a month with no good news of openings or recovery...
