Always patient, through and listens! My entire family loves having her as our doctor. Many extended family and friends also see her! Thank you Dr. Mohan for your care!

Initially, Dr. Mohan seemed to be a great doctor. I am so infuriated just typing this, but I have been dealing with some unknown chronic illness for OVER TWO YEARS. She is referral happy and never takes the time to listen to what I am saying. The staff talks terribly about their patients and I even heard Dr. Mohan outside of my exam room door laughing with the nurses about me being there. I AM SUFFERING. It's like it's an inconvenience to them that I am there. I ended up in the ER one night because of how bad my condition has gotten. Not to mention, she has literally read me some other patient's files FOUR TIMES and counting. I am so beyond angry, hurt, and I feel like I have wasted my time at her facility. I cannot enjoy anything because of this unknown condition. She never does actual exams, just tells me I am okay and shoos me out of the office. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Mohan spent a LOT of time with us. Tremendous listener. SO caring! Also she has some ideas to treat a chronic condition that numerous other doctors have had no success with.

IF YOU WANT GREAT HEALTHCARE, A CLEAN SANITINZED ENVIRONMENT, A PLACE THAT PROTECTS AND VALUES YOUR PRIVACY, AND GENUINELY CARES FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! I HAVE BEEN A MEDICAL ASSISTANT FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS, HAVE WORKED FOR VERY PROFESSIONAL WELL KNOWN CREDIBLE HEALTHCARE ESTABLISHMENTS ACROSS THE SUBURBS. BUT NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED AND WITNESSED SUCH HORRIBLE HEALTHCARE IN MY ENTIRE CAREER SINCE WORKING FOR THIS GROUP. I AM A WOMAN OF COLOR WHO WAS JUST FIRED BECAUSE I WAS STANDING UP FOR THE PATIENTS SAFETY AND WELL BEING! MY NOW EX-SUPERVISOR FIRED ME BECAUSE I KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW UNCLEAN AND UNSANITARY THE OFFICE WAS. I WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WIPING DOWN PATIENT AREAS, EXAM TABLES, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ON A DAILY BASIS. MY SUPERVISOR FELT IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE FRIENDLY WITH HER STAFF THAN TO ENFORCE THE CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY OF OUR PATIENTS. SHE ALSO FELT THAT IT WASN'T NECESSARY TO MONITOR AND RECORD TEMPERATURE LOGS OF MEDICATION SAMPLES, AND VACCINES, AND TO CHECK EXPIRATION DATES FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PATIENTS. THE WAITING AREAS, WALLS, AND FLOORS ARE NOTICEABLY FILTHY WITH DIRT, AND DUST THAT NEVER GETS CLEANED. SINCE I WAS THE NEW PERSON RUFFLING FEATHERS OF THE SEASONED EMPLOYEES, I WAS SINGLED OUT, LIED ON, BULLIED, AND ACCUSED OF FALSE ACCUSATIONS TO GET ME OUT OF THERE. I ENDED UP BEING FIRED, ALL BECAUSE I WAS DOING MY JOB, AND JUST TRYING TO ENFORCE THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF THE PATIENTS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR, AND I WOULDN'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR HEALTHCARE UNTIL THE OFFICE MANAGER OF CHANNAHON AND PLAINFIELD GETS REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO TRULY INDEED KNOWS THE MEANING OF GREAT HEALTHCARE!

I met with the Doctor Mohan to get a tax disability form signed. Dr Mohan told me to return that same day before the office closed to pick up the signed tax form. When I returned to the office that afternoon, I was greeted by an angry emotional office manager. She denied giving me the signed form. When I provided her with a legal Power of Attorney for my 80 year old mother she began to scream and verbal assault me. I offered her to talk with my parents for verification. She instead called the police and tried to have me arrested. My 80 year parents were made, the next day, to drive 40 miles to pick up the signed tax form. No one from this office has apologized for this humiliation or inconvenience suffered.

Awful! After being there 1 1/2 hours with my daughter just to get a school vaccine she tells me they can’t do it! What!?!? I filled out a bunch of paperwork and my daughter had to give a urine sample and blood sample. And they take our insurance and she is our primary care physician! So why at the end of our appointment do you continue and say oh we can’t give the immunization shot? Really???? What s waste of time!!!! Awful!!!

I am shocked to see negative reviews. Working in the medical field as a career, this is the first time I have actually had a doctor lusten to my concerns. She is 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Jeganmohan is wonderful and the only reason I use her as my family doctor. Staff could be a tad friendlier and a little less curt. Dr J. Has a wonderful personality and great bedside manner. Understands patient's needs and makes referrals and recommendations.

A truly amazing Doctor! She made sure to understand me and my medical history, and I feel like she really cares for me, not my money. She is really a 1 in a million kind of Doctor.
