Petrit Ndrio's Online Review Report Card

Complete waste of time and money I came to Dr. Ndrio after my child completed psychological testing with a licensed clinical psychologist. My hope was to learn about ways to support my child with therapy, and whether or not medicine was necessary at this point of their development. Dr. Ndrio dismissed the entire evaluation and refused to read it thoroughly even though I had sent it to him weeks prior to our appointment. He went on a tangent as to why the evaluation was a waste of my money and how much smarter he is than the psychologist I hired. He asked my child to leave the room multiple times, having him wait outside the door while Ndrio attempted to have a candid conversation with me(all the while my child could hear every single word). This is a MAJOR flaw when working with children. He should have been accompanied to another room with a member of staff. Ndrio is a complete narcissist. The only take-away from this appointment is that he is likely the worst doctor we will ever encounter. I would NEVER recommend.

Amazing I began seeing him in the hospital following my sexual assault. In our first meeting, he was so sincere and so apologetic at what happened to me. He put me on a good first regimen and I saw him a week later in his office when I was discharged. He truly cared how I was doing. And was concerned about my concerned and decided to add a new medication that would increase my quality of life. What I went through was very traumatic and I look forward to going through the healing of it under the care of Dr. Ndrio and his staff. One of the best psychiatrists I have ever met and worked with thus far.

Guy is a terrible human. Shouldnt be a doctor, an absolute monster of a person

I def wouldn't recommend he talks over me very commonly, dismisses my symptoms as me "acting up" and has on numerous occasions outright insulted me for researching symptoms or not doing exactly what he says as he says even when he dismisses my side effects as fake.

Listen to the negative reviews. They are there for a reason. I only say this after searching him on Google and seeing everyone else's opinion. 1 bad, OK. 2 bad similar reviews, hmm. 3 or more=terrible person

Diffcult man but very smart and well-intentioned He can be a difficult man to work with at times and always makes things feel rushed due to his busy schedule. It can be hard to get him to understand the true severity of my conditions but always tries to help regardless. He's a frustrating individual to work with but he's an astounding doctor that knows what he's doing. I've been under his care for almost 2 years and I've seen significant improved compared to my previous psychiatrist.

blatantly ignored my input, disregarded my issues SO self righteous. wouldn’t take my word for anything and kept going back to “while I’m the professional so you should listen to me”. compared me wanting to do research before starting medications(because I have extreme adverse effects to almost everything I try) to not accepting an endocrinologist’s recommendation??? I explained that SSRIs make me worse. He continued to press on about one specific SSRI that he insisted would help. I had already tried that medication, and it had made me incredibly suicidal, but he shushed me and told me to let him finish. The meeting ended with him prescribing lithium and a benzodiazepine at the same time. I had brought up some side effect concerns and he said they weren’t side effects. Looked it up and they are in fact possible side effects. He also said that benzos ARENT addictive and that it’s a misconception?? Any amount of research says that they can be addictive even in low doses?

Initially surprised at the negative reviews, until I considered the inherent reality that more people tend to write negative rather than positive or neutral reviews. I have nothing negative to say about this place whatsoever. Dr. Ndrio and his staff could not possibly be more professional & efficient, and the personal touch and time provided by the doctors and PAs are unrivaled - and I've been seeing psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors for 30+ years. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who 1) needs mental health attention, and/or 2) anyone with treatment-resistant depression (as I do). Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.
