She’s quite knowledgeable and seeks any test for a diagnosis. I adored her. I was in shock when she dismissed me as a patient mainly due my privacy concerns, trying to convey medical concerns to the staff. It was regrettable that memorial employees came between me and my doctor. I trusted her. I’ve had nothing but issues in finding a good doctor. I can’t even get a doctor at Koke Mill facility due to her blacklisting me as a patient . I’d like for her to take me back as a patient. I always trusted her

I was a patient of Dr. Ventress for almost 11 years. For a long time I thought she was on my side and in my corner. Until of course, my chronic pain got worse and worse. Then I left the cesspool of medicine that is central Illinois and sought help in St. Louis. I was sent to Neurology, Genetics, Rheumatology, and Cardiology through Washington University. Boy, did Dr. Ventress sure blame a TON of serious illness on psych history. I'm now on chemo for systemic lupus, a biologic for RA, in a wheelchair from not being treated for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (which my youngest also has), and cardiac issues from dysautonomia, GI issues from Ehlers-Danlos and Mast Cell disease. But of course, a specialist in women's issues said it was all in my head. Thanks, doc. Now I will have lifelong repercussions for being blown off.

After moving to the area a few years ago I needed a new doctor. I had visited the clinic for sinus infections several times and they concluded I needed to see a doc! I did my homework and choose Dr. Ventress because she is a family physician with emphasis on women’s health!! She is exactly what I needed! So caring and gives me time to ask questions and extremely through! She is definitely a five star doctor who is simply the best!!

Dr. Ventress is an amazing doctor. She listens and truly cares about me and my health. Dr. V is extremely patient and takes time to answer all of my questions. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and ensure I know all the facts and information before starting me on a new care plan. I absolutely love her. I’ve been seeing her for 12yrs and also cares for my son and husband. Highly recommended! Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable as well.

She is very attentive, listens and is thorough. I have found it difficult to schedule timely appointments with her directly. I was referred to Jessica Dour RN, MSN, FNP-C in the same office. She is as fantastic as Dr Ventress.
