If you are uninsured and paying cash Staff is rude non compassionate ignorant and hung up on me requested appt on line twice they tell you to put self pay im guessing so they can filter dont even have the decency to call you to inform you ill make sure i tell everyone 4.9 stars is a joke they only want insured to over bill the insurance

The Dr and nurses are great, management not so much.

The Chicago Ridge location needs to come into the 21st Century. I've been trying to get my medical records for months and was unable to pick them up do to surgery. I asked is they could be emailed to me which is what the top hospitals do....of course I was told NO and perhaps I should send one of my emergency contacts to get them. Who says that! I was also told that they could not be mailed either but would remain at the front desk. Fast forward, it's been two months and I called to see if my records were still at the front desk and was told that "we can't find them" and I need to request them again. So now my personal information, CT scans and medical records are lost...this place is horrible and after being diagnosed with a huge kidney stone by another doctor/hospital that this place missed, my primary doctor told me she's a bit concerned with the treatment I received. I'm not sure if they treat everyone like this or just the minority patients but I'm never using this practice again.

Very professional and helpful. I was in a lot of pain struggling with a kidney stone and needed to lay down before I passed out. Lisa (I believe) was on the phone and saw me struggling and dropped her phone call to assist me! Thank you again!

This doctor knows his material for sure. Not only did he explain his thought process for the reason why he was testing for certain things but he also explained the rationale behind it. He didn't ignore any of my symptoms of history details & he didn't dismiss me. Every detail to him mattered & he understands the concept that "rare condition" doesn't mean "impossible to have". Many doctors assume that I'm young and it would "never" be a rare issue but in my history I'm a magnet for rare conditions. He really listened to the details and takes it seriously, as I hope all doctors would. Unfortunately many doctors overlook certain details and clearly my cardiologists just wrote me off and just considered me "stable" when in fact I knew I still wasn't ok, told them, & they just said I was fine to just follow up in 6 months. Sure enough during that time I ended up with worse problems that pertain to my blood pressure which would involve cardiology & instead, Dr. Oguejiofor was forced to deal with & find. I don't think I could actually trust any other doctor in this particular specialty. He also handled my dad's prostate cancer surgery really well. I highly recommend him if you actually want something to get done and get answers.

Dr. User & his associate personnel took very good care of me again in my latest new visit. He & his assistant explained very well the issues and applied the needed medical attention functions.

Dr. Berger is a very good doctor who looks into all aspects of a person's health. Dr. Berger is a very kind, smart, and caring doctor. I had prostate cancer surgery by another doctor in 2009. Cancer came back in 2012 and my PSA level was increasing. Dr. Berger arranged for radiation in 2012. Since then, I visit Dr. Berger for an annual check-up every year. I visited Dr. Berger today (January 27, 2023) to discuss a cyst in my kidney shown in an ultrasound. Dr. Berger told me that it is a very small cyst and that no treatment is required. Based on my current PSA level, he said that I am cancer free. I thank Dr. Berger for sending me for radiation treatment in 2012. Otherwise, I won't be here now. I feel so positive about myself when I meet Dr. Berger. If anyone has a health issue, don't worry about it. Just meet Dr. Berger. Then everything will be all right. My family and I enjoy good health and peace of my mind because of Dr. Berger,

Awesome office, doctor, and procedure. I had originally scheduled for April but didn't actually get it done until December. I had no problem rescheduling. I've gone through other surgeries where you're awake, like LASIK, and this was by far much less stressful.
