Very poor service Always wait over one hour They double book and will call day of appointment and cancel your appointment Every employee will just say I have nothing to do with the wait I am diabetic and had a procedure scheduled with fasting but then waited over 1 and half hours with nobody coming to update us and getting very ansy sick and tired and no regard

The Doctor did not explain anything. Did not satisfactory answer my question. Asked me about trying an expensive procedure on the first visit. He seemed to lose interested when I did not want the procedure that he would not answer questions about.Mentioned the fact that I did not want the procedure on the 2nd visit. I will not be going back.

Can't say whether it is the doctor that is the issue. His staff YES! Rude, no professionalism, and no consideration of promptness. I have witness the office staff, particularly two ladies who sit up front, trash talk a patient after he left; OUT in the open with visitors sitting around. They were actually wrong in the situation but wouldn't admit it and made light of a serious predicament that the patient was in. On the same occasion they were rude with an elderly patient. Just Bad.

I have been with dr. Defranko for a year because of my prostate and urination problem. He has done two procedures on me and never has he taken a biopsy to check for cancer. Eventually, I went to another doctor and found out i had stage 4 prostate cancer. I am over 70 year old and it's common in my conditions to have prostate cancer but never cared to check up and get a biopsy! WORST DOCTOR EVER!

Office staff not helpful. Was told my insurance was inactive and after talking to my insurance carrier several time to be told Thai it was indeed active. Called a second time and still was told my insurance was inactive. Called on 12/21 twice and left messages for Chris to call me back and no call back. Don’t know what system she was looking in but incorrect information. Did not like the fact that she was not helpful at all. Will be going to see a different urologist. Terrible experience.

Dr. DeFranco took care of my 87 yr d father and did an excellant job of doing so. Highly recommended.My father liked him very much also.
