It works, you have to be consistent and disciplined with "WHAT" you eat, it really helps with your appetite. I barely have one, but you can't just eat anything. You need to be active, start off with walking. The medication is a shock to your body, you will lose water weight first, but the more active you get the more results you will have. DRINK A LOT OF WATER IT WORKS!!!!!.......

I went in for my first consultation, i am not familiar with their services but was referred by a trusted family member and i wanted to know if this would work for me. The receptionist was nice the ladies welcomed me in just fine. But when I got back to the Nurse practitioner the whole vibe changed. She was not welcoming and not helpful at all. Just asked health questions and immediately wanted me to make a purchase. She did NOT want to properly educate me, nor give guidance to help make a decision on what was right for me. Once I hesitated, because i wasn’t sure what method was best, she said she’s done here and I should read the info on my own and come back. Trust me I will not be back. Thanks for nothing! 😊

Don’t even deserve one star. If you trying to gain 30-40 lbs this is the place for you. A waste of money. Instead of helping to lose weight pills blew me up. Still working out and on the process of getting it back down. This was a ripoff. And the lady was so rude because I didn’t have access to my old email. Maybe you can’t used a new email and sign up as a new customer because the new customer gets help with weight loss to lure them in and create new business. Returning customers only gain to keep you spending money and keep you coming back. Beware it wasn’t years since my visit I was there a few weeks before I sent this review. You gave me some bull like I’m stupid enough to keep coming back for more weight gain. FYI was not born yesterday

The PA was rude she really didn't take my concerns seriously she said she would only give me one month supply and that's it. She made the decision with Out letting me explain why I need to be at a certain weight.

Very unprofessional, if you all knew you were going to be closed for Juneteenth you should’ve put a sign up or put it on your voicemail, but to tell no one and have people standing outside was very unprofessional

I have 5 stars because the nurses are very friendly. They work to get you in and out. The facility is clean and organized. The only problem I have is I don’t care for the nurse partitioner J. Shaffer. As long as I’ve being going there she has a nasty disposition. At my last visit I left without any treatment because of her rudeness. I get the vibe it’s a job she don’t like.

I've been going for years, always AMAZING, top notch service. I'm surprised to say I've never had a bad experience, sadly, I've come to expect at least one bad experience in the same establishment of years, so surprised and happy to say, I was wrong, nothing but good professional experiences here! I highly recommend and recommend they train other businesses in excellent customer service.

I would have loved to give this 5 stars for a few reasons. The place is always nice and clean, majority of the staff is always nice and cheerful and the programs actually works! The reason I took 2 stars off is because the Nurse is very mean and rude. My first visit with her she wouldn't answer any of my questions and didn't give any advice or tips..she only asked for medical history and sent me on my way. On my second visit she asked what program I paid for and I said the basic program she asked 2 more times and I said I'm not sure what answer you're looking for. She rolled her eyes and said "is it 14 days or 30". The nurse gave me my shot with no info on it's benefits or effects. She looked at my labs and gave zero feedback even though my vitamin D level was severely deficient. I had so many questions but wasn't comfortable enough to ask. That nurse can really ruin the experience. I've been coming to ABW for years and never experienced someone like her. I mentioned to the staff that she was mean and they said everyone says that. I guess bedside manner is not a requirement since I've seen many reviews saying the same about this particular nurse. I don't even know her name because she's never even introduced herself.
