Wonderful Customer Service you don’t have to wait too long. Everybody’s super nice and very very knowledgeable in their field. Love this place.

I experienced the most empathetic visit here. I was met with compassion and people that actually listened to me and helped me. My heart was immensely touched and I really needed the empathy and kindness that was shown to me. Other reviews mention how “expensive” they are, but I would like to tell you the opposite. They listened to my needs and made the process, including financial, as easy as possible. Again, they were truly empathetic and compassionate to me. Thank you!

Doctors, nurses and front desk staff are all very friendly, respectful and thorough. I feel I can ask anything and I feel I’ve been listened to in depth as well.

When I came in for my annual physical appointment today, Julianna was at the front desk and welcomed me immediately by name. The Daphne took my blood pressure...and to my surprise, it was 31 points lower than it was just the day before. Daphne had me sit down on the couch and while taking my blood pressure, she made sure that my arm was 2" above my heart resting comfortably on a the BP monitor. Im my entire life, nobody has specifically told me to make sure my arm was 2 inches above my heart...but instead, just told me to hold my arm out...which has always been heart high or lower. Daphne specifically mentioned that if a person lowers their arm just one or two inches, they are going to get an inaccurate BP reading. This was enlightening to me. Then, I had an annual physical appointment with Grace Haab, PA-C. Grace was professional, very competent and compassionate. Grace went over my blood test results again, because I had questions. Grace then referred me to 4 different specialists (for 4 different issues) and gave me a note for my employers stating that I needed the next week off for medical reasons. I have 6 specialist appointments to make and go to, and getting the week off will allow me to do that ASAP. Kiana, at the front desk checked me out and Julianna secured me a copy of the doctor's note. From when I entered to when I left every staff member that served me did so with an outstanding, positive attitude and that along with the great service made today, another great experience at the AAYU clinic. HUGE shout to the phlebotomist Imani. She had such a great energy and made me feel super comfortable while getting my blood drawn. Overall a great experience!

Friendly staff, low wait times, very interested in helping me. Definitely my new go to doctors office.

My nurse practitioner was absolutely the best. I don't want to say her name because I don't want her to get too busy. Lol Best medical service I've had in years. I'll ask my nurse practitioner if she wants me to release here name. The whole staff there is great from the assistants to the phlebotomist. I highly recommend the Aayu Clinic in Wicker Park. Came in to Aayu with a head wound. They got me in right away, cleaned it out, glued it back together, and stayed with me the whole time. It was scary for me but the whole team there went out of their way to help lessen my anxiety, make sure I was comfortable and safe. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I am so grateful for the care they gave me that day, and for the forewarning of concussion symptoms which I definitely developed the next day. Thank you Aayu!

All the staff, from check-in to medical to check-out, were so pleasant, helpful and friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable. 100% recommendation this clinic.

So very disappointed in your service I came in last week got labwork done got poke one time then blood was flying all down my elbow and chair and then she says she says sorry I need to poke u again then did it again then for the second time she told me we go to draw again for the third time then on top of this . This morning I get a phone call saying they can't used my blood it was lost so now I got to spend money on uber to go back down there almost 65.00 this is really bad service. Don't think I will go back after this.
