I’ve been seeing Guang at Acupuncture Healing Center for a while now, and I’m so grateful for the incredible results I’ve experienced. Each visit leaves me feeling better, more balanced, and truly cared for. Guang is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and tailor each session to my needs. Over time, I’ve seen consistent, positive improvements, which is why I continue coming back. The space is calm, clean, and welcoming, making every appointment something I look forward to. I highly recommend this Acupuncture Healing Center to anyone seeking real results and genuine care!

There are no words for how exceptional the quality of care is at AHC. But I’ll do my best! Practitioners listen and offer focused and nuanced attention to areas of discomfort. I tend to come twice a month (from Memphis—no less); and I’ve seen almost every acupuncturist there! In fact, the variety is quite joyful. The quirky, youthful, eclectic personalities and non-traditional approach a very traditional practice seem to add to, not subtract from, the exceptional attention I receive for my many ailments as a lady of a certain age. I am so grateful for them all. I also LOVE stopping by the herbal store next door to get my teas, incense, and herbal supplements. This tattooed, hippie, queer friendly, non-conformist motley crew of healers was the healthcare squad I didn’t know I needed!

I would love to share my highest recommendation to Dr. Heiz and his team. This place, Dr. Heiz and all members in Accupunture Healing Center are super nice, friendly and knowledgeable people. They helped me personally, my family and friends many times. I was dealing with pain in my shoulders months, chiropractor didn't help me, pills didn't help me neither but as soon as I start attending this practice, Dr. Heiz right away new what's happening and applied his knowledge and expertise and I was back in shape. Really if you are looking for someone who can help visit this place. Thank you Dr. Heiz

Excellent service by guang hyn and his dad the clinic has a very flaming atmosphere and the needles have little to no pain when administered the treatments are very effective for someone who suffers from anxiety like myself when I leave I fee like a big burden has been lifted from Upon my backside they offer a broad range of additional treatments as well depending on what you are looking for guang is very friendly and personable as such is the customer service acupuncture healing center offers a very welcoming environment were you are made to feel at home If you are suffering from any pain or anxiety etc I would Definitely recommend acupuncture healing center for all your wholistic needs thank guang and dr Luang.

What went well: The front desk was very nice and helpful. They helped adding all the information my HRA needed to the receipt and they were flexible to move my appointment to 15 min later when I got stuck in snow! 10/10 customer service at the front desk. What went wrong and why I won’t return back to this place and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone: My appointment was with Dr. JR Heiz. He asked what brought me there and I explained about how my back pain has been bothering me and impacting my posture. He felt my pulses on both hands and said he is going to put needles on my belly instead of my back. He made some inappropriate comments as he was putting the needles in that got me seriously concerned about his intentions! I have gone to acupuncture therapy many many times in multiple countries and cities in and outside of US due to my chronic back pain over the years. I have never had anyone putting needles on my belly for my back pain, but I was telling myself that maybe he has a unique technique that might work even better! He put needles all over my stomach and left the room for 30 min. After 30 min, somebody else came in and removed the needles and said I am done! Sorry what??!!!! Why they sent somebody that I never talked to before into the room to remove the needles that somebody else put in??? I had so many questions at that point and I couldn’t feel any difference after the acupuncture, but honestly I was happy to leave the place as quickly as possible , so I immediately got up and went to the front desk to check out! Dr. JR Heiz decided to show up as I was paying and asked how was feeling. I told him I didn’t feel any difference and he recommended taking a bath 🫠 I always got some level of instant relief after each acupuncture sessions I had. That’s why I love acupuncture. I realize I made a mistake coming to this place when I felt ABSOLUTELY NO RELIEF after my weird session! It’s very sad because my initial booking and check in experience was amazing and I really wanted this place to be my new go-to :-(

A great place to go if you're interested in healing and taking care of yourself. The staff is delightful, and knowledgeable. DR. JR listens and adjusts to your needs while implementing his knowledge. Definitely seen a change since coming here and I greatly appreciate the help. I received some rounds of acupuncture, herbal supplements, and a round of cupping.

I have been going to Nam Bac Hang and other herbal stores in Chinatown for many years. and although it’s refreshing to see all the new stores there, it’s kind of bittersweet to see many of the old family run stores where you knew the owners by name, have closed and have been replaced with new stores. but I’m truly grateful to see that my old friend Yushi and Nam Bac Hang are still there and doing great! And as we see a breakdown of our American health care system. it goes without saying that we have to take charge of our own healthcare. herbs have always been the best choice and remedy for our ailments. And my friend Yushi has a new complete line of reasonably priced herbal teas for nearly any ailments that you might have. I suggest that anyone who’s dealing with health issues to check out their new line of herbal tea by a company called Arcane or something like that. Have a great day.

I have had back pain for over 3 years. Seen different doctors, chiropractors multiple imaging and x- rays done with little to no relief. Started coming here 3 weeks ago and can't believe the results I've seen in such a short amount of time. I am about half way through treatment and have seen more results than I have in any other facility the past few years. On top of that, they do a full evaluation- so I've been getting assistance in areas of my health that other doctors have over looked or just Medicate me with. They aim to cure here- not just medicate you for the longevity. Can't recommend this place enough- stop next door for the herbs upon prescription and you can say hello to Tiger ‍
