Dr. Dade is a fabulous doctor. Seriously. I was seeking treatment for very large fibroids and was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness a previous doctor at another hospital was towards me during an extremely sensitive time in my life. This led me to reach out to UChicago where I was fortunate enough to have been sent to Dr. Dade! She is kind, patient, and really talked through the treatment plan with me. Her nurses were also wonderful, all of them answered my messages and returned calls within a very timely manner. They are very easy to reach, whether it's by phone or their online messaging system. The nurses did a wonderful job of advocating for me when I ran into hiccups with my prescription insurance. Dr. Dade removed my fibroids and I was fortunate enough to not have any complications during or afterwards. My quality of life is already improving. I wasn't nervous or fearful about having this major operation because I was that confident in her and she made me feel comfortable. My healing process has been wonderful. UChicago is way out of my area, but I will happily make the trip to continue to receive care from Dr. Dade. Thanks!
