I'm incredulous that there are bad reviews of this office dr Michaels is one of the few doctors out there that truely listens and is attentive to patients. every removal has been expertly done compared to other offices I've gone to. I've recommendmed her to friends and I can't believe this place actually has so many bad reviews I wrote this just to counter that because I don't always leave reviews unless a place is great.

I strongly advise against visiting this office. I spent over a year there, but my symptoms only worsened, and none of the prescribed treatments were effective. Ultimately, I made the decision to stop attending and canceled my last appointment. However, the office continued to send me bills for missed appointment, despite my efforts to explain that I had canceled. For the past 18 months, I have received these no-show bills each month, and now they have sent my account to collections. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please seek out a more competent doctor instead.i wish i could give zero star but one star is not even deserving.

Waste of time. I waited longer in the room than the time Dr Michael saw me. She rushed through the appointment and was out of there in less than a few minutes. She didn’t help me… 👎

Excellent experience at this dermatology office. The doctor was professional, attentive, and thorough. I also want to thank the medical assistant, Yessica, for her kindness and efficiency—she made the visit very comfortable. Highly recommend this team

Do not use this office!! They are very unorganised and unprofessional. I went to this office for over a year and no improvement so I cancelled my last appointment and they are sending me bills from that date 11/23 for $70 no show when it was cancelled over the phone and never went back there again. Few months ago started sending me a bill for $88.95 for a visit for 10/24. I did explain over the phone that I haven't been there since 2023 so how do I have a visit 2 months after that. I don't suggest going there.
