Sooo...Dr. Della Valle really knows what he's doing. 2.5 weeks after a full right hip replacement I was back at work driving and doing my thing. His staff is absolutely amazing he is so lucky to have them. Before I tell u what I think about him personally. Let me tell you about him professionally he knows what he's doing. His bed side manner SUCKS if you heavy or in his words obese. He will recommend bariatric surgery everytime he sees you. Even in recovery. He told me that if they had to operate on me again they could take my leg. I was like wth?? After 6 years of no mobility because of the pain in 3 mths I lost 30 pounds and I will need to replace my left hip soon. All in all he's a great doctor. But Like most things in life God giveth and God taketh away. God gave him hands of gold. But the tack and personality of the wettest mop I ever seen. All this to say..if your chubby and have thick skin this is the man for you. If you are sensitive bring a tissue this is the man for you. If your hood bring your patience this is the man for you!!!

Muchas gracias Dr. Della Valle and your medical and office staff! Because of Dr.Della Valle’s expertise I am now walking pain free. My new hip hip hooray allows me to walk walk walk... even no knee pain.you were right it was coming from my hip. I remember the day during pandemic(April)when I received the call from Dr. Della Valle put me at ease about upcoming surgery which set the tone until the day.(July 8). He was professional, caring, and answered all my questions. There are not enough superlatives to describe Dr. DV and his staff. HSS is lucky to have him! I spent 1 night in the hospital and 2 days later my physical therapist came to my apt. My recovery was faster than I expected.. very little discomfort. I give Dr.DV and his staff 100 stars! Look no further ..he’s your guy!!!

Dr Gonzalez Della Valle did a partial knee replacement on my right knee in July on 2017. He was wonderful,caring , took time to explain everything to me. He is an awesome surgeon!, I was up and back to normal in no time

Dr. G has been treating me for almost 20 years. He has seen me through some serious bads and encouraged me to my good. He is the only DOCTOR to treat ME. Not my Type 1 diabetes. I often ask him what I will do once he retires...I ask with with a heavy heart, but know I will do fine once he moves on, bc he has taught me how to be a young woman that happens to be a ONESIE as well.
