The circumstances surrounding my visit were to check up on my mole that I had since I was 5 years old. During the visit, I had explained to Dr. Krunic that the mole, which had previously been treated with a laser in an attempt to remove it, size, shape, and appearance had remained ‘unchanged’ for decades. He didn't listen to me or take time to discuss my treatment options. He kept repeating that this is an “urgent” matter, and he could do the procedure “today,” telling me the procedure only takes 15 minutes (which I thought it was a simple procedure for only taking 15 minutes). Also, telling me that it is covered by my insurance. I was so scared about that “urgency” that the doctor was referring to as it sounded “cancerous” (Of course, the result was non-cancerous). He didn't explain how the procedure was going to be like but seemed rushed and uncaring about my concerns. He never explained to me that he was going to cut it out “completely.” I thought he was going to do a small cut for biopsy to see if it was cancerous first. Dr. Krunic started the incision and then quickly left out of the room. I was left to deal with the nurse who then did the sutures. I don't believe that's within a nurse's scope of practice. Before I knew it, my large mole had been removed and I was left with a very large incision mark 2.4in long which stretches along the length of the top of my forearm. I was left in shock over what had just happened. I was then told to return a few weeks later. Even though the date and time had been set after the appointment, the office kept changing the time. After my arrival, they told me that the nurse who I was supposed to see-NOT THE DOCTOR-didn’t show up and that another nurse had to come on her day off to cover. After waiting another 25 minutes, I met with the nurse and was again told that Dr. Krunic wasn't available. The nurse then removed the sutures, pulling with such force that it was very painful and again opened up my wound and making it bleed. The physician and his team are very unprofessional and seem intent on treating patients like slabs of meat rather than human beings with concerns and feelings. I might even have to do a laser treatment to cover this ugly wound!! And I received my bill, and yes it was $742 what I have to pay now. I called them and the answer from them was “it was your choice.” NEVER EVER visit this physician or his practice or you will surely end up scarred, regretful, and in a similar predicament as myself.

Dr.krunic is amazing!!!!!! But the staff is terrible, they have no type of customer service skills and it’s very unfortunate.

Rude doctor! Expensive! You will wait for hours unless you are serbien.

I went about 3-4 times for them to tell me the same thing over and over. Never suggested anything else besides injections and some overpriced lotion. Waste of time and money! The front desk lady is a bit intense.

Dr Krunic and his office are amazing! They got me into the clinic prior to leaving for vacation and injected a cyst that grew to be HUGE and painful within a few days. There were a couple options provided to me but I picked the best one suited for travel. Within two days my problem with maskne and the monster cyst is almost flat. Thank you so much! I truly trust this practice . This has been my second issue they have helped me with. I highly recommend Dr Krunic and his excellent staff.

Dr. was late for my appointment. Saw me for about 5 minutes. Had the PA cut a skin tag off my shoulder. Sent it for biopsy. Charged me $600. He yelled at a bunch of people (I assume customers for bumping into a door frame with a wheel chair. I was unimpressed with my appointment, angered that I was charged so much for so little. I cannot recommend this business.

Sramota, covjek je prevarant. Imao sam dva termina kod ovog prevaranta, 1 stvar puno se ceka, 2 stvar covjek nece da odgovori na pitanje jasno i precizno vec izbjegava svaku konverzaciju, vrijeme provedeno sa pacijentom je 20 sekundi,3 stvar covjek je los doktor promasio mi je dijagnozu, dok njegovi skolovani pomocnici na moje pitanje odgovaraju "ja ne znam nadji na internet i procitaj" 4 stvar ubijedio me da odradim test na biljeg uz garanciju da ne moram da platim jer je on unaprijed provjerio sa mojim osiguranjem, mjesec dana kasnije meni stize racun 165 $.
