This is now the second time they have made an error with my lenses, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Ever since switching to the pair I received from them, I've been dealing with constant headaches and eye strain that I never had before. Because the issues didn't feel right, I went to another optometrist for a second opinion, and I was shocked to learn that the axis for my astigmatism prescription was completely incorrect. This mistake should never have happened, especially not multiple times. After this experience and the discomfort it caused, I have no confidence in their work and will not be returning.

Couldn’t be more excited to write a Google review because Dr Pham is hands down, one of the best doctors I’ve seen in my life. He truly cares about his patients, and that was reflected through our entire appointment. I’ve been searching for a new eye doctor after several unpleasant experiences, and Dr Pham took the time to understand my issues, explain every step of the exam to me and ensured I understood the why behind the entire process. He was never pushy, and I left with new contacts and planning for another appointment for glasses. Would 110% recommend Dr Pham to anyone!

Dr. Pham is the best! His warm and compassionate manner are what one hopes to find in any care provider. After not needing a prescription for 30 years I was not excited to get glasses, but Dr. Pham has made the transition so easy and comfortable. I genuinely look forward to my eye exams at Art of Sight and love my new Orgreen frames!

A friend recommended me visiting Chicago Art of Sight in Lakeview, Chicago when I first moved here and I couldn't have made a better decision. This store not only has an amazing selection of frames, but the customer service was outstanding. Dr. Bao Pham is now my go-to optometrist and he takes the time to answer every question, recommends the best-fitting frames, and provides an incredibly thorough eye exam. The owner is so friendly and also very knowledgeable and shares as much information as you’d like throughout the process. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10!

Great experience! Dr. Pham takes care of everything and makes you feel special. He is highly knowledgeable and equally refined in his aesthetics. I always struggle to select frames and feel self-conscious, but Dr. Pham is always incredibly patient, supportive, and helpful in guiding me to the right choice.

Writing this review clearly in my new glasses! Had a great experience at my recent optometry appointment. Dr. Pham was extremely attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly, especially about adjusting to my new progressive lenses. Dr.Pham and his staff were patient, eager to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. I left feeling confident in my prescription and really fortunate with the care I received. I’m from the PNW and will always make the effort to visit Art of Sight when I’m in Chicago!

Q: How often is an eye exam the best part of your day? A: Whenever you walk into Art of Sight Eyecare and meet Dr Pham. That was exactly my experience today. Dr Pham is a highly skilled, detail-oriented professional with a warm handshake and confident smile. His bedside manner (chair-side?) is gentle and patient. And he took time to explain every aspect of the exam as he went along, which I truly appreciate. Dr Pham's genuine interest in the health of my eyes made me feel special - as opposed to being just another patient - and I have a hunch all his patients feel special. Also, a call-out to Ryan at the front desk for his help as I tried on frame after frame (they have a very nice collection). Bottom line: I've found my new optometrist. Yup, it was the best part of my day. Highly, highly recommended.
