Graeme is a great physical therapist!! Super informative, laid back, and helpful—not over your shoulder but also make sure you’re doing the best thing for your body. I feel much more equipped to do physical therapy exercises on my own. I’ve been to other Athletico’s in the city and this one is by far the most friendly and personal one I’ve been to. Can’t recommend it enough!

I injured my knee and waited a month before seeking therapy. I figured it would get better on its own over time. By the time I limped into Athletico, I was experiencing stabbing pain with every step and my knee was fairly swollen. Paul assessed my knee and worked with me to strengthen , stretch and loosen the muscles in my legs and hips. Today was my last day of therapy with Paul, and I walked out without any pain or concerns about my knee. Paul is very in tune with his clients and their particular injury, he adjusts accordingly. His guidance on exercises is spot on and clear. He knows the common mistakes people make when they do their exercises, and he points out what to avoid doing, what you should be feeling, why you’re doing the exercise…. A big game changer for me was dry needling. Paul is certified in dry needling and this accelerated my recovery. I’ve been treated by the other therapists at Athletico when Paul was out of town. All were great and kept me on track. The team on Division is great and I highly recommend going to this location.
