The staff here is amazing ,so helpful.I am a senior and they treat me with the utmost kindness and respect.A friend experienced the same treatment ,so she referred me. My PT is very helpful, under his guidance ,I am feeling better, and any questions I have, he listens, willingly answers, and explains anything That need clarification . The staff is so caring and helpful ,and is always willing to give assistance where needed. When you visit ,you will experience the same.

I had a severe hand injury and all hope was lost. I was unable to find a hand therapist for weeks until I found out about Mr Louis and the South Chicago team. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was impressed by the consummate professionalism, compassion, and clinical knowledge this team had. I know I have a lot of work to do with my injury but I trust Lou 💯 that he can help me reach my goals. This clinic should receive some kind of award!!

What can I say about Louis and this clinic that hasn't been said before? Plenty!!!!! I suffered a very bad injury and I didn't think I could have recovered. Having Louis as my Occupational Therapist as THE BEST medical provider on my recovery team as well as my doctors, has truly made a difference. Louis has both the technical and personality skills that makes attending therapy very comforting, which was something I did not expect. Louis and the South Chicago team deserve a huge raise for all that they do, going above and beyond!

Louis and Jade were very pleasant, patient and efficient while working with my mom, Dorothy Taylor. Scheduling was easy and flexible and the facility was always clean.

Nate was my PT was concern on the healing process made sure that you were getting stronger every time you came for the session. Louie was the OT made you feel like you can overcome anything.

The team I’ve worked with for almost 5 months is phenomenal. My primary therapist, Arcelia, was always engaging and very proactive in my sessions. Even when she wasn’t there, other therapists and staff stepped up to make sure my experience was great. I do believe their care has been instrumental to my recovery. I’d recommend them 100%.

The location was clean and there was a welcoming environment. The front desk person was nice and very helpful (Shannon). The OT’s (Louie and intern-Jade) were great! It was my first appointment and my first injury ever. They were kind, supportive, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I recently had surgery requiring rehab and Louis Fabicon at Athletico was great with getting the range of motion and strength in my hands. He was very knowledgeable of my procedure and was very specific with what was needed to get me back on track. I highly recommend Louis to anyone in need of occupational therapy.
