Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I travel an additional 20 minutes and pass 2 other Athleticos in order to get to my appointments at this location. As a person that isn't very physically active, Steve and his amazing staff, have always made me feel comfortable and safe in their care. They both knowledgeable and practical, and I always leave with a fun story to tell my husband when I get home. So grateful for all their hard work.

I have rehabbed at this Athletico location for not one, not two, but 3 knee surgeries in the past year, and have been so grateful for not only the wonderful service and therapists, but also the community I've found at this specific location. My PT, Jerrica, is a functional-exercise-aficionado, practical-advice-giving-guru, and compassionate-goal-busting-expert. She pushes me when I need it, listens to my concerns, celebrates my triumphs, and is always thinking ahead in my plan of care. If you make the investment and commitment to the programs they come up with here, you should see great results. Don't let the location or the size of the facility turn you away, either. One of the things I love about coming to PT at this Athletico is the interaction I have with other therapists and patients. You get to know other people who are working on their physical goals and over time, feel like a part of the PT family. It has been a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out to rehab after surgery or work toward alleviating pain of any kind.

I started going to Athletico in July due to frequently hurting my neck and shoulders, and between the sessions I spent in their office and the homework they gave me, the improvements started almost immediately. It's now been a few months since I've had any setbacks. I feel confident that even though I have "graduated" from physical therapy that if I keep up with my stretches and home exercises that I'll continue feeling great!The entire staff are all so friendly and helpful, and I never felt uncomfortable speaking up if I was having trouble with an exercise. I genuinely enjoyed my visits - the environment they've cultivated is a really comfortable one.The flexibility in hours was such a huge help, and parking was always easy too. I've recommended them to several friends and family members already, especially for those who are nervous about getting started with physical therapy.

I went to this facility for prehab before my shoulder surgery and have been going there during my recovery. I can say without hesitation that the 3 therapists there (Jerrica, Stephen and Rachel) are all phenomenal. They listened and addressed any concerns I had throughout the entire process and have helped me regain the use of my shoulder. They are kind people who genuinely care about your recovery.

I was a non-believer in PT till I was treated by Stephen and Rachel. Very simply put, they are very knowledgeable in the science of how the human body should work! I had a very bad back injury and in a matter of weeks, I am mobile to the point of not needing pain killers anymore. The rest of the staff is also very knowledgeable, courteous and fun to hang out with (which is a pleasant plus). I have to add that Rachel, in just treating my back was able to figure out some other ancillary issues that I didn't even report and was able to help talk me through how to address those issues toward a better me.

Rachael, Stephen, and Jerrica are amazing and have helped me with my headaches and neck pain. Through exercises and hands on work I have been much better and have not had daily headaches. Everyone is amazing and it's a fun atmosphere.

Came because I tore my ACL. Stayed because of the good vibes and wonderful staff. Can't think of a better place to get me back on my feet!

I initially visited Athletico because I was experiencing foot, knee, hip, and back pain after training for a half marathon. Stephen was able to determine what the issue was, treat my pain, and give me feasible strategies to manage my situation for the long term. Stephen listens and is very responsive - he is extremely knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to make and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. If you have pain or need PT care, definitely check out this office!!

Stephen and the entire staff at Athletico Roscoe Village are incredible. Within one visit I was already feeling better. They make scheduling (and rescheduling) appointments very easy, and the location with free parking couldn't be easier. While I hope I don't need PT anytime soon, I would come back to this location in a heartbeat.

Jerrica Huber has helped me immensely with both back problems and tendonitis in my elbow. She's thoughtful, does a great job of explaining what's going on and provides excellent exercises that I can do at home. My condition has really improved. The entire staff is courteous and friendly. They are my "go to" physical therapy folks!
