Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I have always appreciated the competence of ATHLETICO physical therapists. Their investment in my care has been superior to the care I received at another facility. My recent experience with the ATHLETICO facility on W. Peterson Ave. is no exception. I was impressed from the beginning with the attention to my care to the friendliness of the staff, both professional and supportive, and the cleanliness of the facility. Knowing that I can count on the care I will receive keeps me coming back to ATHLETICO period special thanks to Sarah and her staff at the Peterson facility.

This was a great place. Sarah was very helpful and professional, she is also very friendly and listens attentively. One of the rehab aides was also good. And so was Olivia at the front desk. Great work environment too, great job Sarah.

I have been attending PT at this location for the past 4wks and would HIGHLY recommend this location and team for any of your PT needs. My therapist, Ryan, is very personable and listens to your concerns and Danielle assist with the completion of my sessions. Everyone here is so friendly and greets you by name. I have many locations surrounding me and I am very happy that I chose this one. -FP

I have been to 3 different locations for physical therapy, but this location makes me feel right at home the staff is great. I have been here 3 times. This is the best location ever. If I have to do physical therapy again I would go there.😍😍😍😍 Sarah, Ryan, markita, Danielle, and Carmela. Rocks.😍😍💕

As soon as I had walked into this Athletico location, I can see how clean and well equipped this location was. All the therapist are very knowledgeable and personable. This is the second time around I'm using this facility for rehab. I would recommend this location for anyone i know.

I have been to many Physical Therapy locations, and this location is the best. All the therapists are outstanding, warm, and caring, and professional as well as the therapy assistants and receptionist. I highly recommend coming here for Physical Therapy.

It's really great! Over the course of a couple months I think I had a chance to work with _most_ of the therapists here, and they're all wonderful, they all know their stuff, and they're all really personable! I miss my friends here. Next time I need a tune-up for this old body, I am absolutely heading back here, for sure.

As soon as I walked in, I could see how clean and well-equipped the facility was. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I had serious damage to the nerves in my feet and legs. I had little hope for any improvement, yet Sarah had hope. She worked with me for what will be 40 sessions. Her patience and compassion was incredible. Her laid back and humorous style was an enormous motivation for me to keep working on getting better. At the age of 76, I knew I had to try harder to get any positive results. Sarah spent time answering my questions and was always validating and supportive in her approach with me. The assistants who also worked with me were helpful and supportive. Although I will not be one hundred percent anymore, I am overjoyed that Sarah and her staff gave me a large portion of my life back. I wonder if they know how many people they have gifted with their caring concern. I think it is very many. Heartfelt thanks to Athletico Rogers Park West Ridge. And a very special thanks to Sarah.
