I have had therapy sessions with the Physical Therapists at Portage Park with Alex, Joshua, Jennifer and Erica. In dealings with knee, torn rotator cuff, and arthritus in neck. Also Occupational Therapy with Janie M. after carpal tunnel surgery. And their Assistants Manny, Belle, Alyssia and Douglas. What I have to say is these individuals are a treasure and a God send. They are so educated and skilled and really a superb group. The atmosphere is so healing and always so encouraging to me. They genuinely are wonderful people with a special gift of healing. So courteous and considerate. They take the time to listen and encourage, always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable, and well. Extremely caring individuals. This group truly strives for excellence in everything and nothing less will do. Truly dedicated in every aspect of their work. Highly recommend this facility with is a Phenominal Team. Keep up the Great Great work! Such a blessing to our community!

I've been going to this location solely for years for all of my medical conditions regarding physical therapy. Rachel, Erica, Jennifer, Joshua and Alex are all truly wonderful, exceptional, knowledgeable Physical Therapists. And am including Janie the Occupational Therapist, and the Rehab Aides, Belle, Manny, Doug, Alyssa and all of staff make me feel so wonderfully cared for. The moment you walk into this facility's door you have entered a beautiful place of healing in every way. Every last one of the staff are truly exceptionally wonderfully kind, considerate, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, helpful, caring, humble, encouraging and wonderful.

I highly recommend this location of Athletico, everyone who works there are so nice and friendly. I have been lucky to have Blake Helton as my physical therapist, he is professional, dedicated to make his patients recover as fast as possible, and a very nice person!

After a few months of therapy with Rachael, I’m feeling so much better. She is great at explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand (and remember!). She was always extremely responsive to my concerns, making me feel heard and validated. I left every appointment feeling better than when I walked in and optimistic about my progress. I’ll be recommending Rachael to everyone. She’s the best!

I have needed to go to Athletico twice now, once for my knee/hip and the second time was for my neck/shoulder area. Both times I have been amazed at how much better I feel after my sessions and then overall. The clinicians are all very knowledgeable and very friendly and comfortable to be around. This location is very clean and well laid out. I think you will enjoy your time here.

I had my hand treated by Char Giraldo. I give only 3 stars because of substandard communication about the health matters. The push to have more sessions was repugnant. This focus obscured the main purpose of my being at Athletico and effectiveness of treatment. Talks around the table often with 3-4 patients concurrently being treated were about personal matters. I requested all records and Athletico charged me for the service. Athletico can legally charge for the service but no health care provider so far charged me for it. The reports indicate that what therapy I had and what is displayed to the insurer differ. What I was told to and what was communicated to the doctor has also not been misaligned.

I been going to this athletico almost little over a month they all amazing very helpful and super kool I won’t go anywhere I recommend this location to everyone. Thanks guys
