Absolutely incredible staff. I came in with a very specific problem and they created a game plan that fit within my schedule and helped me get back to full strength in optimal time.

Excited to spread the wonders of injury recovery with Dr. Katie Crippin and team. From the moment you walk in the door through therapy to when you walk out with a little more pep in your step, there’s a flow of positive energy, scientific know how, and teamwork to get you to your goals. Don’t put off injury recovery by thinking you can go it alone with months of resting and hoping - go to the Athletico professionals and more than recover in several weeks by doing stretching and strengthening exercises for a lifetime!

This Athletico office is fantastic! I always feel heard, supported, and like I’m getting great physical therapy. I specifically met with the trainer Olivia, who has been really kind and helpful in treating my pain and rebuilding my muscles. I’ve also dealt with more insurance issues than I can count, but she (and the rest of the Old Town team) have always done what they can to provide me the best care possible and offer me additional resources when they can.

This was my first experience with Athletico and I couldn't be happier with my treatment. I made noticeable strides in my 8 sessions there. Erin M. was professional, caring and so helpful throughout my sessions and the scheduling team made the process as efficient and seamless as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve had four shoulder surgeries and seen many doctors and physical therapists for my injuries, and I’d have to say that the Athletico (Old Town) team know what they’re doing! Their team, and Caitlin in particular, are very knowledgeable, caring and thorough in their therapy process. Caitlin always goes the extra mile to make sure you’re leaving their practice feeling better than when you came in and I love her hands on and practical approach. I highly recommend Athletico to anyone looking to make a speedy and full recovery.

Besides being the most convenient, my physical therapist helped me all the way through my hip replacement surgery. Took me several months to get back to work but with her help and dedication I know the process would have been longer without her. I wish she took it a bit easier on me as my hour sessions seemed to be a full days workout but I'm sure it was for my own benefit.

I came to Old Town Athletico in response to lingering calf issues during marathon training. Olivia not only helped with my injuries but also provided recommendations on how I could tweak my running plan to minimize the amount of training lost to injury. Olivia and the rest of the Athletico team always had a friendly attitude and genuinely cared about my progress.

I started going during my first half marathon training last year. I had a minor injury and extreme muscle tightness, but Olivia was very helpful in getting me to continue running with minimal pain. I went back again this year during marathon training and it made such a difference for me! Erin and Paeytn helped me with my tendonitis pain in my calf. It was getting a bit unbearable. Doing the massages and exercises with Paeytn really helped with my weak spots and tightness. Dry needling with Erin completely made my pain go away and I didn't even have to decrease my running volume. Overall, I would recommend Athletico in Old Town because all of the PTs and aides are just amazing!

Four (4) days after my ACL surgery, I started therapy at Athletico of Old Town. Beginning therapy so soon was unthinkable and ridiculous to me given this was my first major procedure. Caitlin M. was my primary PT and the entire experience was FABULOUS! She understood my limits and was very attentive to the progress I was making with every visit. We were an amazing pair and going to the old town facility never felt like a chore. All the equipment were easy to use, clean and never over-crowded. The take home exercises were also a plus in getting comfortable with the activities at the facility and speeding up my entire recovery process. The rest of the team were a delight to work with (shoutout to Alison 😊!!!). Their flexible scheduling system worked around my long weekdays and parking was provided. Timeline to full recovery was approximately 9 months which was in line with my doctors’. I am now back to competitive soccer (😉) and this was only possible by the amazing Old Town team.

Worked with Erin and Katie on a few lingering issues, and saw nearly immediate results. Can't recommend physical therapy enough to anyone struggling with day to day pain, and Athletico Old Town is a wonderful place to go for help!
