Ashley, Gaby, Jess, Liz are exceptional. These ladies go above and beyond. Super attentive, professional & incredibly friendly. Ashley in particular was super effective with my therapy, she always accommodated changes in my time schedule. Liz would remember my preference for extra sheets & warm wraps at the end of my sessions..which was all the time:-) And Jess sorted out any issues with insurance to perfection. It is an incredibly welcoming place. I would definitely recommend this location for PT.

Thanks to Ashley and Lizzie I was able to feel better and stay on track with my exercises. They were fun to work with and I looked forward to my sessions each time.

The staff and physical therapists at the Athletico Physical Therapy- Ogilvie Transportation Center, are hands on and create personalized treatment plans to help you get better. They make your goals their target, whether it’s to build mobility and endurance, or to lessen pain, they do it all. I was walking down the street and was hit by a car last April, I had been going to this Athletico Physical Therapy clinic for the past couple of months and my physical therapist, Ashley, turned a traumatizing event into such a blessing in disguise. Ashley is the kindest physical therapist and she cares about her patients, I’d like to think we developed a friendship, because of her I feel so much better and I can do regular day to day activities with little pain. Nevertheless, I’m saddened that I’m done with physical therapy because I won’t get to see Ashley and the rest of the staff anymore. If you’re hesitant on where to go for treatment, I can promise you that you will be taken care of at the Athletico Physical Therapy at Ogilvie Transportation Center.

I had a very positive experience with the physical therapy program for my shoulder injury. I started with an assessment where my injury was evaluated, we set goals for recovery and I was put on a plan to improve shoulder function that included both in-person treatment and exercise as well as at-home exercises. The entire team is very professional and truly cares about your well-being. I highly recommend the team at the Ogilvie location!

Gabi, Jess and Ashley (and ALL the aids) were so helpful during my time at Athletico Ogilvie. Exercises, at home stretches and in person massages/1:1 work helped with ankle issue and I am not on my way to run a marathon. The team also mentioned that while my treatment is finished, I am still able to stop in for consultations if any other issues arise. Lots of flexibility with appointments as well. Thank you team!

I never thought graduating PT would be bitter sweet but with how incredible the entire staff is at Athletico Ogilvie is finishing treatment was. Not only was the treatment tailored to my needs to make my recovery successful but everyone here was incredibly professional and made coming to every session a fun and welcoming experience. I would recommend here to anyone and a special shout out to Gabby who was my fantastic PT!

Came to this location after a knee surgery. Staff was always friendly and attentive. We set goals together, and checked in regularly to measure progression and adjust goals as needed. Provided great insights about what's happening and why. Always available to answer questions. Saw a lot of progress in a relatively short time, and provided a set of exercises to continue to build strength. The website they use for home workouts is fantastic, with videos and explanations of all the movements.

I was amazed how professional the ladies at the 500 west Madison athletico treated their patients,they really help manage the physical therapy experience! I was very fortunate to have a very safety cautious PT,her name is Kate! She is just magnificent,her co-workers Gabby and Jess are just as tremendous. I would refer everyone that I know to attend this athletico location,it’s within walking distance of every major office building! I will definitely give the staff at this location a perfect 10,bar none.

Went here for post-surgical shoulder therapy for about 4 months. I wasn't looking forward to it, but was pleasantly surprised at how professional, personable, and effective the entire team was at helping me get better. They know what they're doing, which I expected. What I didn't expect is how effective they were at motivating me to work hard, and at making the entire rehab program much more enjoyable to go through than I thought would be possible. Don't hesitate to try this location if you're in need of PT.
