Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I should would like to watch the news on tv in the morning. The tvs are there but don’t work. And there is one blind that is stuck in the down position. If I can’t watch tv it would be nice to look out the window. All of the staff are awesome.

Couldn’t be happier with the staff at the Mount Greenwood Athletico. Especially Kyle. My recovery from my rotator cuff surgery could not have gone better!! Thank you!

The staff i dealt with always professional and courteous but my shout out is to Katie who was my therapist who was very accommodating,knowledgeable and courteous who got me to this stage of being in less pain ,more flexible and overall in better shape than I was in 6 months ago. Thanks will always appreciate

I would not recommend this location for physical therapy. I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for about 7 years now. I signed up for 10 sessions to see how I liked this location because this was my first experience with therapy. My first and second session were what I had expected . A lot of stretching and several exercises I could do at home. My third session I was immediately but on a bike for 5 min. Then the aide came over to show me some more exercises. My therapist at this time was working with another patient , he finally came over to me halfway through the hour I was scheduled for and spent less than 10 minutes with me then handed me back off to the aide and also continued working with another patient . I asked the aide if this was the norm to schedule multiple people at the same time. His response was yes , sometimes we do. I said I was extremely unhappy with the therapy and why was I paying all this money for the therapist to not even give me one on one time. I was extremely annoyed and frustrated I wasted my time and money here! I was told this location has the best physical therapist's in the area. I give them a thumb's down!

Truly greatful for Athletico Mt. Greenwood. Kyle has been my therapist in the past & yet again this time around. His professionalism, knowledge, & overall demeanor is superior.

LOVE Maggie & everyone. Only complaint is the lack of masks on fellow patients. One was totally maskless (but wiped down his equipment; ridiculous); another was wearing his as a chinstrap while doing heavy breathing stuff all over the office. This is why Covid will never be over. You’re a health care provider. Provide health, don’t enable super-spreaders.

Love LOVE my therapist Maggie & receptionist Amy Lynne and everyone here. Only thing I can't stand is missing signs that say WEAR YOUR MASK OVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH. They should be everywhere with pictures for the #Covidiot patients who apparent don't think breathing goes through the NOSE; at least 1/3 of them fail. I know the folks here try but it needs to be enforced by management.

Kyle and staff were very professional and helpful. They answered my questions regarding my injury and put me on a path to recovery.

I’ve been to Athletico twice in 8 yrs. When I tell friends and neighbors I’m going to therapy at Athletico . They ask is Mike your trainer? Everybody knows Mike Walker. Everyone I talked to has nothing but good things to say about Mike. But everyone there that I dealt with is pleasant and knowledgeable and caring. I was released from my Orthopedic doctor the other day. Short of 6 months! I listened and did what Mike had me do and my surgeon said I was ahead of schedule . So no more doctor visits. He said keep doing what their telling to do and your recovery is well on it’s way. Thanks you Mike and staff! Jeff
