I have been going to PT at Athletics for Pelvic Floor Therapy after having a baby in July. I am SO happy with the care and attention I’ve been given by first Pauline at the Morgan St clinic. I was then easily transitioned to working with Aspen at the Taylor st. clinic. The PT itself helped me heal from the inside, out—quite literally. Having a baby is so rough on the body, but this program is truly built to make moms work to getting back to pre-pregnancy functionality. I would recommend it to any woman. I am stronger in my core, back, and pelvic floor. I cannot say enough good things about Aspen. She was attentive, motivating, and patient. She was also great to talk to and so kind. Her and the team even let me bring my 4mo old (and sometimes entertain him while I was doing my PT) when I didn’t have a sitter. I am so grateful for everything.

If you’re needing PT this is a great place to go. Becca H. is very knowledgeable. She really help alleviate my arthritis pain. Orlando in reception was very clear and organized. Everyone in this place rocks!

Gulshan and staff were super friendly and professional! I saw Gulshan for OT for my hand/wrist, which is her area of expertise. She was amazing and I saw significant improvement. She also educated me and gave me the tools I needed to heal.

Becca was patient and a great motivator. I appreciate how flexible they were in scheduling and approach to the rehabilitation program. Much more confident in my knee functionality and ability to prevent further injuries thanks to the home exercise program they gave me as well. Thank you!

Transferred here half way through therapy for my right shoulder and the team didn't hesitate to continue my treatment with my best interest. Becca and Aspen worked with me to get me back to my high level of activity such as weightlifting, running, and cross-fit. Gulshan, Orlando, and the aides always encouraged me and made me feel great about my accomplishments. You can tell everyone loves each other and it's a great environment to get better in!

I hurt my back after labor on May, I took MRI and it shows herniated disc bulge. I barely can walk and the nudeness spreading to my leg and toes, every movement is pretty painful and I can't sleep without ibuprofen. After 5 months physical therapy treatment, I got discharged from Athletico - Little Italy TODAY. Now I am able to walk freely, outdoor activity for half day without discomfort, especially I can hold my baby and walking around. I was so exciting and really appreciate everyone working here who help with my recovery, they are Scott, Becca, Aspen, Colin, Kyle, Orlando, Jonny. The staffs are very friendly, caring, and very patience to explain how the exercises will benefit to my spine. Highly recommend !
