Worked with Lindsay on a nerve issue similar to sciatica, pain from lower back to lower leg. Extremely helpful to understand the body dynamics of why I was having the pain and the necessary exercises to relieve pain. I am recovered now from pain and have nothing but best experience from Athletico. Thanks so much for the help.

Had a serious problem with urine control and did not knw what a pelvic floor was when I walked in. Leaking substantially after urinating and not always making it to the toilet. Those are gone now! Principal therapists Sarah and Lindsay were patient my lack of ability to understand what was required in each exercise at first. Now I do those and others learned at our excellent Morgan Street branch every day from 40-60 minutes . Thank you all!!

Sono Athletico were fantastic getting my shoulder back to strength and mobility after having rotator cuff surgery. Erin and the rest of the team worked with me multiple sessions per week for four months. They always helped with my form and kept me on track to attain my goals. All the therapists were attentive and their communication seemed organized. It felt like the whole team was working for me. Great PT experience. Thanks Sono.

I saw Erin for shin and calf pain- she was thorough and clear about our treatment plan. The dry needling was immensely helpful. The staff were very nice and accommodating! This location and scheduling were very convenient.

My PT Lindsay was great! She really helped loosen up my tight back. I now wake up each morning without a sore and stiff back and I can get up out of bed without taking a couple of minutes to stretch. Everyone was friendly, outgoing and helpful!

I had an amazing experience attending sessions at Athletico, with my PT Lindsay Beeder. She helped with my pelvic floor postpartum, was extremely attentive, and gave the best treatment custom to me. I cannot recommend her and the whole team enough!

Super nice folks, and a nice space. I worked with Lindsey and Erin rehabbing from surgery and some post-surgery self-induced injuries. Creative yet simple exercises, soft tissue work and dry needling all very helpful. Very supportive and pleasant. Highly recommended. Thank you all so much!

Thanks for a awsome experience at Lincoln Park Sono.Everyone was so nice,the place is clean and welcoming.The PT Lindsay Beeder is great she's friendly her Therapy excellent, gentle put effective.
