Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I had a fantastic experience with Rachel and the entire team at Athletico. My care was so personalized, and everyone who works there is warm, inviting and willing to help. Would absolutely recommend!

I went to ATHLETICO Lincoln Park after getting a total knee replacement, and I have to say, they did a great job. I sat down with Rae-lyn Cooper, and she evaluated my situation and outlined an exercise program. Over the next several weeks, she and Rachel worked with me to gain my strength and balance back. Every time we met, they would ask me about my progress and if I had any issues with pain. Then they would modify modify our exercises to target those needs. They did a good job ramping up the exercises as well, pushing me more as we went along. Rae-lyn also did a good job allaying my fears when my knee would not stop clicking, reassuring me that as the knee got stronger, the clicking would stop…..and it did. I would definitely go back when the need arises.

The physical therapy office is run with precision and excellence. I had a fairly bad case of frozen shoulder and was prescribed physical therapy. Rae Cooper, the manager of this office was my primary therapist. She was excellent and the results were dramatic after a few sessions. She also utilized several other therapists while training them on various techniques. I al now pain free and with almost 100% mobility. Cant recommend this team and location highly enough.

I had an amazing experience working with Angela over the last 2 months. I came in pretty discouraged that I couldn't do any activities that I usually enjoy doing, however Angela helped me get right while challenging me by pushing me to take control of my recovery process and strengthen my body to avoid future issues. On top of that - it was just really nice to be able to work with someone who is so kind and empathetic to the hard challenges of life, especially when you're injured. I looked forward to my sessions every week and if I ever am in need in PT - I will definitely be back again to work with her. I also enjoyed the facility and all of the helpful assistants! Alec and Claire, in particular, did a great job of encouraging me during some of my tougher exercises - coaching me on technique and also being a friendly face alongside my journey. I love Athletico and this location. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and cares about their patients. I have been seeing Angela for over a year and she has helped me get back to my daily activities without knee/neck/and back pain. She is a great listener and provides excellent care. I have also seen Elena after my foot surgery. She helped me get back on my feet (literally) and I am so thankful for her knowledge and help! Highly recommend this location and their staff! Occupational Therapy for injury and surgery of the hand with Jorge was great. While it was only a short time, I appreciated his expertise, consideration, and close relationship with the surgeon.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with everyone at this Athletico location. I was so fortunate to have found such great care after a hand/arm injury and would recommend their assistance over and over. I saw Jorge for occupational therapy and I truly believe he is the best of the best. He is attentive and very knowledgeable and cares about all his patients.
