I worked with Frazer Carpenter on a bicep strain that had been bothering me for a few months. He provided an outstanding experience and within 10 sessions I was back in the gym at full strength. I learned a lot about how to prevent this kind of injury again. The staff was always friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this location and Frazer to others.

The physical therapist was incredible but when I first started the office manager said my insurance was going to 100% cover my first couple of weeks then did not follow up with me until I got a bill stating it barely covered anything. I would not have gone through with the treatment having known this, if you do, make sure to repeatedly follow up on what insurance covers / get exact cost before proceeding.

Thanks to ATHLETICO & Frazer Carpenter, I am experiencing 50% less pain in 8 visits. Frazer is very encouraging & personable. Athletico has an excellent staff.

honestly this place does you right. They care for your rehabilitation and address all issues with you. Great scheduling, follow through and knowledgeable staff. Frazier is the best as he’s the one I worked with.

I recently finished about 2 months of physical therapy at Athletico- Lakeview East after a fall that strained my hamstrings. Being an avid runner and a regularly very active person over 50, it was important for me to properly heal and get back to my athletic events so I could stay fit. Frazer Carpenter, my PT, devised a program that not only strengthened my leg while the hamstrings healed, but that also strengthened surrounding muscle groups. He provided at home exercises and sound advice on what to do to keep the injury from setbacks that I can use going forward as I begin to run again. This is not the first time I've chosen Athletico Lakeview East for injuries. I highly recommend them!

i went in for emergency IT band help right before the chicago marathon and this team is so knowledgeable and helpful. they were realistic about what results were achievable and helped me feel as confident as possible heading into the race. i can’t recommend them enough — especially my dude frazer!!

Athletico Lakeview East is awesome! Working with Ryan and his staff turned my recovery from a dreaded experience to an enjoyable. It was clear that Ryan wasn't just an expert. He also cared about the people he was treating and helping. Everyone working there is nice and seemed like friends more than co-workers. This made receiving treatment much more comfortable and relaxed.

I had a great experience with Frazer here. I came in dealing with upper leg/hip pain from running and was given information on what the injury was, how to work through it, and how to prevent it moving forward. In a few weeks I was over the injury and walked away having learned a lot on how to incorporate new routines and movements into my training plan to keep myself healthy. Definitely recommend this location.

I’ve been going to this clinic for hip issues since November 2021. Throughout pre-surgery and post-surgery, I had a great experience with the people here. They are kind and professional and really made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Huge thanks to the whole team for getting me back to doing what I love!
