Great team at this location, I was very happy with my experience. The front desk staff was always helpful, understanding and friendly. Nancy, my OT did a phenomenal job and I have progressed excellently. She is highly experienced and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Additionally she reviewed the home exercise program with me for accuracy in my movements and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Jim McDermott is the best! He is a very intelligent physical therapist with lots of knowledge and background. He was instrumental in my recovery, attentive, and educational. Great learning experience and happy to ring the gong as I exited and finished therapy. I would highly recommend seeing him at this location if you're looking for someone who is willing to teach you some new tricks, guide you and challenge you, always encouraging you to move forward, who is kind and caring, he has a great personality. The PT aides are friendly and helpful as well. The front desk staff consistently provided excellent customer service immediately after walking through the door every time I had an appointment. If I needed to reschedule, they were very responsive and helpful over the phone as well. The facility is clean and sanitized regularly, which I loved as well. Five stars

Everything, and everyone at this location has been absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for a few months now, and have had to opportunity to work with many of their therapists. They created a program to essentially take all my pain away, and worked with me at my own pace. All the girls at front desk were always accommodating, keeping tabs on scheduling appointments, taking surveys for insurance, payments, and anything else I needed to complete. I'd recommend these guys to anyone I know that are in need of therapy. Thank you so much Athletico, you are all awesome!

I have had a lot of therapy in different locations, and this is absolutely my favorite I have ever been to. It's clean, every single therapist, aide and other personnel are so very friendly and kind and they really care! I have witnessed all of them work with all different ages from kids to the very elderly and they are just absolutely amazing! This sounds weird, but I will actually miss going to therapy when I'm done!

The team at Athletico Irving Park is amazing! Julie is a great therapist and her treatment and advice helped me recover from my injury quickly. I also worked with Victor whose dry needling expertise was a lifesaver. Julie, Victor, and the rest of the team are all so welcoming and friendly, and truly make you want to come to PT. Highly recommend!

The level of professionalism here is great. I came into Athletico Physical Therapy - Irving Park after getting my ACL replaced. Victor was my primary physical therapist and made could have been a terrible and nerve-wracking experience into something I looked forward to every week. I came in every week for 6 months. The client service girls (idk what their actual titles are, sorry) are wonderful. They are compassionate, knowledgeable about each exercise, and outstanding representatives of the company. Thank you to Victor, Jasmine, and Sarah for encouraging me each week, holding me accountable, and explaining my recovery schedule in lay-mans terms. Looking back to where I started and where I am now is because of the staff's guidance, experience, knowledge, and dedication (to name a few). I originally had like 3 more paragraphs about how great my experience here was but the outcome of my review is the same: 100/10 would recommend

Victor and the entire team at this Athletico are kind, empathetic, patient and very skilled. Ive come here for multiple small injuries and have always been able to get better with just PT. Very grateful to have worked with this group of fantastic people!!!

Wonderful staff. All the staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging. They ask how each exercise feels and accommodate your pain levels with the intensity of the exercise. Victor is amazing!

This place is great. I developed a knee stress fracture in January, 2022, started physical therapy in March, they got me back to work by May and by late July/ early August seem to be fully recovered. The staff is friendly and professional. If you need physical therapy, Athletico on Irving Park is highly recommended.

My therapist Julie provides excellent care and is considerate of my condition and age.
